The people in the AudioNova office in Denver are awesome! Linda Cooper is so friendly and helpful and Taylor at the front desk knows me by name. I'm a first time user of hearing aids and I feel that my experience is going great with the help from Linda. I highly recommend this office for any hearing needs.

Have been tested and decided on getting hearing aids. Linda Cooper was very helpful and knowledgeable and this far I am really pleased with how this went.

I called my insurance company to assure AudioNova a covered provider. Their fee for a hearing test and fitting of my hearing aids $500 from me and they would separately bill my carrier. These folks in it for the money. Brain surgeons may justify 500 and hour. Not audiologists.

Everyone was simply terrific. I felt like royalty.

Katherine Austin is super friendly and always willing to spend time with me. Willing to help me adjust to my new hearing aids which are far more advanced than my previous aids. It’s been quite a learning curve for my brain to adjust to the advanced technology.

Sean Guard is an excellent provider, mostly because he listens carefully to things his clients say, and is willing to try things to help adapt. Hearing improvement is still lots of science and a bit of experimental magic.

Patient and knowledgeable. I wasn't rushed into a decision. Sean was great, and I love my new hearing aids! Prior to my purchase of Phonak hearing aids, I did buy a pair on-line for 300 bucks. They were just a cheap amplifier.
