This place is great. I was having trouble with my hearing aids that I purchased from here two and 1/2 years ago. But I could not remember the name. I was driving around in the area and found the office again. The ladies pulled up my information, gave me a couple of boxes of batteries since I have a 3-year warranty, only took minutes while they cleaned and replace the filters in my aides, and gave me a goody bag with all these delightful neon green things which I absolutely love and need. Staff is great and the office very accommodating. My experience has always been a positive one.

A hearing test was required before I can see an ear specialist and was referred here. The staff were so nice and the facility itself is very nice and clean. Susan Becker, the audiologist was really nice and the hearing test felt so relaxing. My results pretty much validated everything that i have been experiencing with my ear

It was my first hearing test and I was trying to figure out why I can't hear some things and other sounds were too loud. The women and this office were terrific. Ms. Paradise was very informative and provided lots of information both before and after my test, explaining where results and options. (I'm missing high pitch sounds.) I definitely recommend visiting this office, and have already referred a co-worker. It is in the back of a mini mall sort of place so drive in towards the back.

I went in very nervous and self conscious about my hearing loss. As soon as I went in, I felt comfortable with everyone. It’s a small and intimate office. Very happy with my audiologist Susan. She was very kind and helpful. She was able to answer all my questions regarding my hearing aids. Loved the fact that my hearing testing was in her office. No small isolated room to go in. Her office was built just for that. Grateful how Susan made me feel when I was there. With her upbeat personality and kindness. It definitely made this whole process more enjoyable. I recommend connect hearing to anyone. Thanks. 😁

I decided to try Connect Hearing after reading the excellent reviews online and, especially, seeing the high rating from Consumer Reports. I'm very glad I did so; Susan did an extensive evaluation of both my hearing and my present hearing aids, and made some major changes and adjustments which have made a world of difference in my hearing. She devoted a lot of time to the evaluation, was very complete, and she was very patient and answered all my questions. When it comes time to replace my present hearing aids, I will definitely be coming back to Susan and Connect Hearing.

These gals are the Greatest!!!! Sue helped me find the correct fit hearing aids after a failed attempt on my part. Lisa is so calm and such a pleasure to work with, every time I have been there to visit. I have to honestly call it a visit NOT an appointment.. Dawn is very prompt to ask questions and make sure that she gets you in right away. Over all it is Always a Fun time seeing these gals. Wish i could give them 10 stars cause they deserve it.

The office is particularly nice and comfortable with good air conditioning. Lisa was very helpful with finding the correct aids and how they fit.

Wonderful Staff, Great Service! I have been coming here for hearing aid services for several years. The staff is always friendly and willing to help with anything I need. Appointments are usually easy to get, and you can always walk in without an appointment to get your hearing aid cleaned free of charge or to pick up free batteries! (Hearing aid batteries are usually included free for three years after purchase.). PLUS, they always have a K-Cup coffee pot right there if you want some! Now that’s my kind of place!!!

I have used this facility quite a few times and purchased my hearing aids. I am very happy with the service and friendliness of the staff.I took my father in law there and he purchased his hearing aids there too.

Sue is an absolute treasure. She was truly professional and beyond that she was so lively and personable. She kept me informed through every step of the process. I came out of my appointment feeling excited for my incoming hearing aids and confident that Connect Hearing provided me with the very best they had to offer. Lisa was so friendly and patiently waited on the phone to get me registered with Epic while there were seven people ahead of me in the call queue. I absolutely love that Sue's office has been built to be a hearing test room. Having had my fair share of hearing tests throughout the years, this one was by far the most pleasant experience. All the accuracy of the hearing booth without being put in a booth! Thank you so much to Sue, Lisa and Connect Hearing for such a wonderful and productive experience. I can't wait for my next appointment when my hearing aids arrive!

I have enjpyed the service i received here from this business. In fact I went to Connect Hearing in Orange County and when I moved to the IE I looked up the nearest store in the IE. My records were all transferred seemlessly and I received the great care and service.

My Mom really depends on her hearing aids and when her uStream device failed, she was concerned about cost of a new one. I found one for her at a discount and even though I popped in 15 minutes before closing time on a Friday and they had to do extra work to update her records, they all pitched in to make sure we got the new device paired up with her hearing aids on the spot! Gratitude!

They were able to get me an appointment same week. All the testing for my hearing was done and I got my new wireless hearing devices quickly. They are very helpful, courteous, and professional. Overall it's been a great experience and I highly recommend them.
