I had a great experience with Bartlett's. The personnel were very nice and the technician was knowledgeable and corrected some problems with my hearing aids that I was not aware of . I have had some Issues with my hearing aids outside of regular appointment times and they have been there for me. I would and have recommended Bartlett's hearing aid center to others. A couple of months before my mom's appointment, I was told what we could do to speed up the process of getting my mom hearing aids. When the day came for her appointment, I handed over the papers with the results of her hearing test and I was surprised that she was fitted then and there, and hearing aids ordered. I expected to have more hoops to jump through, so I was extremely surprised and very happy we were told in a few weeks she should have her hearing aids!

Second appointment today, I love how sincere and caring this clinic is for my mom's hearing. Doctor and staff are very professional and friendly. They are very professional and effectively listening to meet patient's needs and they values their patient. I work in a healthcare clinic and I can tell, meeting patience expectation is their priority. Strongly suggest this clinic.

Edit 4-14-25 I got my second pair of hearing aids today from Bartlett’s hearing. The whole experience from hearing test to picking up my aids was great. Professional and friendly! Great friendly service. My hearing aid broke. It was fixed and returned in a week. Thank you Bartlett’s Hearing!
