The way Brenda handled my mom from making the appointment to walking out the door with her hearing aids, I can only describe it as an ANGEL WALKING AMONG US. Brenda is simply the best! She is informative, patient and an expert with hearing aid placement. She is thorough during the examination and is very knowledgeable. Would recommend 10/10 for all hearing needs!

My poor mom had been given the run around for almost four months trying to get hearing aides. We went to four different places. Most of which made us wait for a month before we could even be seen and to no avail. But Stephane and Brenda let us make a prompt appointment. Luckily they had a cancellation and they were able to fit us in. Not only were they kind and really wonderful human beings, but they also took the time to answer all of our questions. My mom even walked out of their office with a loaner pair of hearing aides as the one she ordered would not come in for a few days. Finally after months of suffering from tinnitus... my mom was finally relieved of her symptoms. I cannot express how grateful I am to these two wonderful women! These women single handedly saved my mom from so much suffering! I can not recommend them enough! They made my mom feel so comfortable shopping for all the features she needed and some she didn’t. Stephane adjusted the levels to make my mom happy. They even took the time to try and get us the best deal possible for the type of hearing aides my mom wanted! If you need hearing aides they are the best in the business you will not be disappointed. My mom says that Stephane her favorite technician she has ever had to work with and Brenda was just so knowledgeable. What more can I say! Thank you dolls! I hope you both get raises!

Stephanie Arroyo at the Gardena office of connect hearing is probly one of the most awesome and superb technician to help me with my hearing loss. I was very hesitant when I came in but after meeting with Stephanie and her careful explanation and evaluation, I was confident that I would be hearing better. The ear pieces that she prescribe for me couldn't be any better as if I was not wearing a hearing aid. The clarity is so pure and so clean that I feel like I have been missing out on things for the past couple of years. I am happy with connect hearing and I am very, very pleased with the ear pieces but I have. Thank you again connect hearing and thank you Stephanie!

Staff extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Jennifer spent the time necessary to evaluate my current hearing needs before recommending a solution. I've been wearing hearing aids for over 20 years. These new Phonak hearing aids are incredible! I can hear better than ever. Brenda does scheduling and makes appointments, she too is a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend them. In fact my wife is going in for evaluation in a few weeks.

The staff at this location are amazing. They were professional while still being super friendly and accomodating. I took my mom there and they were so patient and gentle and really made her/us feel great about our visit. The scheduling professional, Brenda, was so nice and gave us so many options. Also super friendly while maintaing a level of professional at all times. Stephanie was very detailed but also simple on her explanation to my mom. Did I mention she spoke fluent spanish, translating words I'd never heard before. A1+ Total experience. I never leave these reviews but people should know THESE LADIES ROCK. I’ve been a customer of Connect Hearing for 10+ years and in different states and their warranty on hearing aids is the best in the industry! Included with the purchase of battery operated hearing aides, Connect Hearing will provide batteries FREE of charge for 3 yrs! Also you’re not charged office visits for your twice a year check ups or your tune up visits when you purchase hearing aids from them, in fact I have never been charged for any office visit in all of the years I’ve been with Connect Hearing. Connect Hearing isn’t the cheapest but they do not nickel and dime you afterwards like other providers do and no one can beat their 3 yr warranty! I was really happy that there was an office close by where I live when I moved to CA! Finding the building was fairly easy. Once in the office I was welcomed by their friendly staff. I especially liked the personal touch that Brenda and Eric gave to me and my family. We ended buying some reasonably price hearing aids. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for that caring touch.
