AudioNova - Fountain Valley

My wife recently got a hearing aid from Audionova, and we had a great experience thanks to Olivia. She did an excellent job explaining everything clearly and making sure we understood how the hearing aid works and what to expect. My wife wasn’t 100% sure about getting a hearing aid at first, but Olivia was very patient, knowledgeable, and reassuring. She helped ease our concerns and made my wife feel comfortable with the decision. We really appreciated her professionalism and support throughout the process.

Olivia was the best!! She was extremely kind and easy to work with. I tried the hearing aids for a week and wasn't sure so she let me try them for another week. She answered all my questions and I definitely recommend her and this location. Great experience!

Olivia Vasquez is amazing. I felt like I was visiting a good friend as she was so kind and knowledgeable and left me feeling so comfortable with my decision. I’ve been to a few hearing aid places and this is far the best. So much so that I was confident that Dr Richards would truly work with me to get the best out of my investment. No joke, hearing aids can be pricey but if you think about it....if you need glasses....you get glasses. (Or corrective vision surgery) If you have a broken leg you get it fixed. That goes for your hearing. If you can’t hear well....do something about it. Dr Richards is very professional, knowledgeable, gives great analogies as to what to expect. He has yers of experience and truly knows what he is doing. (He’s like a well oiled machine) And Margarita was so very helpful and pleasant in scheduling me for my appointments. I accidentally missed my appointment and they were both so accommodating and forgiving. I highly recommend you see Dr Richards...he is THE BEST! It’s March 2025 and my hearing are still awesome. No issues whatsoever so ever.

Its been 7 years since purchasing my first hearing aid but it is getting old so now I’ve upgraded to a new pair of the latest Phonak, what an amazing difference, no more “what did you say “ and the Phonaks automatically adjust to various noise environment and bluetooth system lets you stream from you iphone or ipad.

This is the second pair of Hearing Aids that I've purchased in the last six years from Doug Richards, Doctor of Audiology at Connect Hearing. He is real professional and a great guy who recommends what level of hearing aid will best meet your lifestyle, not the most expensive. If you think you might need a hearing aid, go see Doug, you will not be disappointed.

Dr. Doug Richards is the best Doctor of Audiology in the area, he has been in the field of Audiology for many years. His experience and knowledge make him very trustworthy, I highly recommend him and trust him with my hearing care.

I take my grandmother to Dr. Richards at Connect Hearing a couple times a year and he is always so patient and helpful. He really takes the time to explain everything and makes sure we both understand how to care for her hearing aids. I woud definitely recommend Dr. Richards. The lobby and office are very clean and it's nice that they offer water and coffee for the short wait.

I was pretty sure I did not want hearing aids until I went here for a hearing test and tried out the Phonak rechargable aids. They are wonderful. The office and staff are pleasant and the office is easy to get to. This has made a big difference in my hearing and in my participation in activities.
