The main visit with Joe was great. Explained everything and showed graphs of my hearing. The kit comes with about 3 months of wax filters which are about the size of a pen head. You can literally put 2 years worth in an envelope and use 1 stamp. So, I get down to the last 2. I called the office and left a message to mail me a years amount and to call me back to confirm. After not receiving a call back after a week, I called back. I talked to a nice lady...I simply asked if she could mail me a years amount. These parts are free as they are part of the 5 yr warranty. She said NO I'm sorry we don't ship out parts. I said but I live 1 hour away which would be a 2 hour trip for something that can be mailed with a stamp. She said I only work here sorry. I said then Mail it and bill me for the stamp. Again She said sorry, you have to come in. Total BULLSHIT... I rate the customer service a minus 10 I paid 6900 dollars in full and they can't even mail me a few 50 cent filters that are included in my service contract. I'll NEVER use them again Period.. I suggest to anyone that uses this place to request your full 5 yrs supply before you walk out. Or end up like me...PISSED OFF

Everyone was very professional and at the same time friendly. The information was presented clearly and concisely, and several options were presented. My husband and I were both very pleased with the outcome and look forward to the next visit.

Joe is a skilled professional who is up to date on the latest technology but also familiar with older models of hearing devices. He came highly recommended and I haven’t been disappointed.

Professional, efficient, friendly and no high pressure sales. High integrity owner who kept an employee with a dying husband on the payroll even though she could rarely make it to work.

The front desk receptionist was friendly and professional. Joe Bartlett was also friendly and professional. This place offers free hearing tests if you plan to buy hearing aids from them (I think, if I remember correctly). But this business charges $100 for a hearing test from a certified hearing aid dispenser if you do not plan to buy hearing aids from them. This is not a place with a licensed audiologist or MD or doctor giving the tests. So I think $100 is a little steep. Joe Bartlett spoke with me on the phone and suggested that I make sure a test from a hearing aid dispenser was what I needed. After checking things on my end, I decided to cancel the appointment because $100 was too expensive for an out of pocket cost for a test from a non-audiologist or non-MD. I appreciated Joe Bartlett's advice rather than him just taking a $100 off me. He gets 5 stars. But $100 is too high of a price for a hearing test, which is why I gave an overall 4 stars.

Joe is the best. He really cares for how your hearing aids work for you and everyone is different. He keeps navigating the changes and needs to customize for the individual. And he knows and shows you the technology - always a great appointment with success in improving my hearing.

Joe was super friendly as always when we were in for a routine check and cleaning of hearing aids. He always explains things well, and gave us an ETA on a repair.

They're great, and friendly. Joe is easy to communicate with I didn't feel harshly judged. They treated me whole lot better than another place. Joe is knowledgeable about his profession as well. He appears openminded and well rounded. I appreciate that. It was my first visit but I'm betting They're always friendly and kind.
