AudioNova - New Smyrna Beach

I was in New Smyrna Beach visiting a friend for a few days when my hearing aids stopped working. I tried everything, but couldn’t resolve issue. It was extremely frustrating and nearly ended my time with friends. I walked into Audio Nova and Jamie resolved my issue immediately, saved my vacation and would not accept payment. An absolutely fantastic experience and kind, professional service! Do not hesitate to trust your hearing needs to this hearing center!

So very disappointed. My husband was charged $75 for a two second fix to his hearing aid, the plastic tubing disconnected. We expected to pay something but not $75. The employee stated it's new owners now. Last time this happened they fixed it no charge! Unnecessary but appreciated. As I stated we were prepared to pay a fee but this felt like robbery. Buyer beware...

Jamie Peace always takes care of me for the past 20 years for hearing aids later. I just picked up my latest and fixed my old one for a Back Up.

Jami provided the most comprehensive hearing exam that I ever had and then expertly adjusted my hearing aids. She clearly puts in extra effort to due everything possible to improve my hearing ability.

MS Peace is a great diagnostician and technician. My 93-year-old father had so much hearing loss that conversation was extremely difficult and sometimes impossible, even though he has one of the best hearing aids. Jami had a new earpiece and receiver made that capture the sound far better in both volume and clarity. Her technical knowledge and expertise are the best. My father's ability to repeat words accurately increased from about 45 percent to about 65 percent which at his age is tremendous. She is not trying to sell a new and expensive aid; she works to find the best solution at the lowest cost. We have gone to several audiologists, ENTs, and other hearing aid professionals in Florida and Massachusetts. None succeeded the way she has. Thank you, Jami.
