What an awesome hearing aid center. Debbi the receptionist couldn’t have been more helpful when we first visited the center. JoAnna took care of me with a complete checkup and then adjusted my hearing aid to perfection. Then on another visit for my wife, Darin, gave her a thorough exam and then adjusted her hearing aids to perfection. Could not ask for any better service. This will always be my go to hearing center.

Went to Elite for replacement hearing aids. They had the brand I wanted and at a lower price than two other competitors. Joanna did a great job, is very attentive, and can answer all your questions. They even completed the paperwork needed for insurance purposes. Great place with great service.

Joanna is wonderful! She fitted my husband with new hearing aids, explained everything about them and how to adjust them. She will see him weekly for awhile to answer questions and make adjustments. Highly recommend Elite Hearing Centers!

From the start, excellent care. Dr. Paul Gullo has great listening skills and sought the best solution to my specific needs. I've had very good care in several other areas I've lived, but this was by far my best yet. Give them a try; you have only to gain.

Dr Paul was very thorough. He has full knowledge of the hearing aids, and explained everything clearly. A truly great experience for my first hearing aids at 78 years. Wish I did this 3 years ago.

With the outbreak of the coronavirus, I lost my contact with the service center that was maintaining my 2 year old Signia Pure 5 hearing aids. The few contacts that were available were more interested in sales than maintenance. Then I contacted Elite Hearing Center of Bradenton. What a difference!!! In my 20 plus years using hearing aids, Elite was by far the most customer orientated of any of my previous contacts. Kelly (Staff) and Dr. Paul Gullo (Audiologist) were the most qualified and caring of any professionals I have dealt with. They first provided solutions for my concerns, then concentrated their efforts on assuring that I was getting the maximum benefit from my existing aids. I rate Elite as the very best and recommend them to anyone who seeks quality service from qualified professionals. I believe you will be as satisfied as I am.

Kelly and All the staff was amazing!

I spent more than two hours at the Elite Hearing Center in Bradenton, and Dr. Gullo, the audiologist, did an outstanding job, in spite of some obstacles created by deep-seated heavy wax inside one of my ears. He could not remove the wax because I am on a medication that could cause bleeding, but her managed to figure out a way to circumvent that problem and program my new hearing aids so perfectly that I can now hear better than I have in ages! He is extremely competent, thorough, and also very warm and friendly. In addition, Kelly, the office administrator, put me in touch with two medical practices that could take care of the wax problem. She also tried to arrange an appointment for me. She is very nice and eager to help in any way she can. Although this office is a considerable distance from my home, I will continue to go there because they do such an excellent job! I highly recommend them!

My fiance and I called to set up an appointment to have his hearing checked.Kelly Was amazing!! she answered of our questions was very patient and kind.she sent over an email with details on how to get there for our first appointment right away. What a pleasure it was dealing with Kelly! Can't wait for our first visit

Called Elite Hearing with emergency hearing aid problem. Delightful Kelley answered the phone and listened to my situation. Kelley asked if I was willing to come in now, replying yes, was given clear directions and I was on my way.
