I was so impressed! Office manager cleaned my hearing aids for free! Dr Savanah was also knowledgeable and didn't pressure me to get new hearing aids, which I aappreciated. Very happy and will be back!

I stopped here with my sister to have her hearing aid paired with her phone's blue tooth. They kindly offered to do mine as well, though I am not even a patient. Works great!

Walked in from out of town with 1 non- functioning hearing aid. I was greeted immediately upon walking in. My hearing aid evaluation started 5 minutes after my arrival, with my hearing aid speaker replaced and tested within an hour. OUTSTANDING Service.

Would give them zero stars if that was an option! I made my appointment and had confirmation of my appointment and when I got there on the correct day and time they said I missed my appointment, that it was the day before. Well on my end with a conformation email to prove I had the right day and time, they sent me away. They could have cared less and were rude about it. I even had to leave work early for nothing. I will find a different place to go to. If they can’t even get their appointments correct and are rude about it, even though I had everything straight on my end, I’m certainly not going to trust them with my hearing! Thanks for nothing!!!!!

April checked my ears for earwax and my hearing aids were cleaned (new filters and domes). Treated extremely well. No charge for the visit. **** wanted $30 for the same!!!!

I took my father to the Oconomowoc office. The gentleman was very professional, very kind and so helpful. I would bring my father back again anytime he needs to have his hearing aids checked, calibrated or, even replaced.

OMG!! My hearing aids were not working properly. I went to Elite Hearing in Oconomowoc and saw Noah Lange. He cleaned both my hearing aids, tested my hearing and recalibrated both my hearing aids. I can hear again and with no cost to me. Very friendly and professional. I would highly recommend them for service and new hearing aids. Thank you for your help!!!

Great experience. Michaela runs the office. She is a joy to work with…always positive with a sense of purpose & humor. Noah, the audiologist, knows his stuff and fit me with up-to-date Phonak devices. I was a spokesman for Avada for years but they were bought out. Needing hearing care I reached out to Elite’s Oconomowoc office & I am satisfied with the care, service & Phonak aids.

I've had hearing aids before, but these were starting to freak out and I could tell that my hearing had declined over the past 5+ years. I made the appt and was able to get in for evaluation quickly. The service was calm, professional, helpful, understanding, knowledgeable, and a place that I'd completely recommend to anyone. Their product solutions provided just what I was looking for and they've been very easy to work with. Great team, great service!

So far have had an excellent experience. Professional and listened to me when I told them my issues regarding my personal experience being different than what the test was showing. I appreciated the time taken. they also did not try to sell me more than I could afford. I didn't want to buy the equivelant of a new car and I got what I asked for.

The excellent experience starts with Miss Smith with a warm welcome and confirmation of all appointments. The meetings with Noah Lange are held on a very comfortable and open basis. He does an excellent job explaining usage, answering your questions and he's very patient. He went out of his way to get me the aids that I wanted. You can tell that his goal is make you a very satisfied customer .....and he does. Thank you for the great service!

After Tobins closed we really needed a place for my mother in law. We could not be happier with the customer service, and while her ears have proven hard to fit Noah has been extremely patient and courteous, even trying to fit us in his busy schedule if we needed to come in for an adjustment! Awesome service! Great hearing aids!

I I am so exited about my Phonak hearing aids!! I had previously purchased hearing aids through my supplemental insurance company for $600 ! Well it’s true you get what you pay for!! It was very frustrating as I still struggled, especially in groups. I received the flyer in the mail advertising the Phonak aids and decided to go in for an appointment! I was very impressed with the whole procedure and I could not believe how well I could hear when Noah put the sample aids in my ears!! I picked my hearing aids upon Wednesday and was so excited. I can talk on my cell phone through the hearing aids!! It really was worth every cent I paid and I didn’t even get the real high end ones!! Anyone struggling with hearing give these a try you won’t regret it!!

I brought my Mother In Law in for a WAY OVERDUE hearing aid upgrade. She's been avoiding going because of horrible service she received in Fort Atkinson. It had been 7 years since she has had efficient hearing. I am SO IMPRESSED with how Elite Hearing treated her. Noah was exceptional in being compassionate and understanding of her needs. She's 89 years old and I think many places don't have the patience needed for the older patients. I'm happy to have brought her to this place of business and highly recommend it!
