The audiologist showed high professionalism and matched my need with the right solution. However, my after-sale experience was marred by repeated unanswered phone messages. It could be a result of understaffing.

Five stars for the service of Dr. Tsai and staff. They accommodated my schedule, and Dr. Tsai is empathic and a high level service provider. She wants to make sure her clients are well served. Good products recommended, and she made sure all of my questions were answered. If I owned this company, I would be embarrassed by the audiometric/"soundproof" room that's used for testing. Some egg crate foam was put up for appearance, but I could still easily hear people in adjoining offices and other spurious noises that could impact the audiology results.

It would be efficient to add the oportunity to do the pre-registration prior to the visit. That information could be most helpful for the clinic to have the correct demo hearing aide equipment on hand for a trial instead of having to wait for it to be ordered, delivered and setting up another appointment for fitting

My right hearing aid started acting up a few days before my long-prepared scheduled appointment. Hearing test was fine & right hearing aid was fixed. Later that afternoon I noticed the left aid was acting up. I called & hoped to get in ASAP since the weekend was upon us. They squeezed me in for what took about 10 minutes to replace the receiver on the left, & then did the right also to make both balance. It's this kind of service that made me change from A-Plus Hearing 2 years ago.

They were so helpful in pairing my hearing aids with my new phone.

Lost my left hearing aid while on travel. They were able to call and get a replacement ordered and it should be here within 10 days. Thank you!

While I appreciated the opportunity to test the Phonak devices I was disappointed that the office did not have alternate type of devices to look at or test as well.

Even after a misread time of my appointment and confusion over the process in general die to insurance issues, the staff was able to help me and prevent me having to restart the entire process. High marks for everyone!

I’m in my 80’s and had been having trouble hearing certain conversations; feeling like I “had cotton in my ears!” Upon my initial examination considerable old, wax buildup was found in both ears, and thankfully the doctor was able, carefully and patiently, to remove it. But then, after the hearing tests, results showed my hearing problems to be more than just wax buildup …and hearing aides are recommended. The results of the tests were well explained and my questions about type and costs of hearing aides were also well answered. Followup appointments will be needed now to determine exactly what options will be the best!
