Great appointment.

I used to like Connect Hearing until is was bought out by Audio Nova. I bought a brand new hearing aid (which took 5 days to come in). The hearing specialist said the new product did not work. So they gave me a loaner. 6 weeks later and I still don't have my hearing aid. The audiologist is only in on Thursdays & Fridays (and most often not even that). I have tried every conceivable phone number to try to resolve this issue and have gotten NO WHERE. So either my options are contacting the parent company which is in Switzerland or hire an attorney. Save yourself trouble and go elsewhere.

Now Only open 2 days a week with no direct phone service.

Everyone was very pleasant,and explained everything very well. I felt at ease the entire time I was there.

I went to Beltone first and then I went to Connect Hearing. Wow what a difference. Connect Hearing was like 100% above Beltone I had to call Beltone back after a week, to see if my insurance covered anything and they didn't even break down any prices. They gave me two price points and I said okay I'll call you back I went to Connect Hearing and I was treated so professionally by Mehan, there was no question about pricing it was amazing The booth which you enter to get your hearing checked, at the Pembroke Beltone location, was so old. The booth in which you enter for testing at Connect Hearing, off First Colonial,was new and like a vault. Very impressive. At Beltone, I felt like a number. Connect Hearing was very personable and professional. I recommend Connect Hearing to anyone looking for a hearing test.

She was very helpful, got the hearing aids working(there was something wrong)to my ear. several hours later they lost the connection but I was able to pair them. i will know when someone calls if it is fixed again,.

Friendly staff. My problem was solved quickly and I am very pleased with my experience.

Today was great I had a problem they fix my issue in between other customers and called me when they were done thanks again

Great service,,walked in got my hearing aid fixed and walked out 5 mins later, what's not to like about that.

I recommend connect hearing it has an amazing staff. Megan is absolutely fantastic. She took care my hearing needs which helped with my tinnitus. I have been to many faculties and no one did what connect hearing has done. I love my new hearing aids. I had the fourteen days trial period. And upon returning the trial set my family gifted me a set of hearing aids. Which brought me to tears of joy I am a very happy customer. 😊 Thank you

So glad that there was a new audiologist there who was interested in providing the best service for me and not in trying to sell me another set of hearing aids when the ones I have just needed an update. The woman there on Thursdays and Fridays was great, personable, and provided me with great service. I was comfortable with her, her hands were clean (previous person always had dirty fingernails)

Patricia Crombie helped my Mother Justine and me tremendously. Her person centered care and professional customer service was awesome! She educated us about the different types of hearing aids that will help my Mother's hearing loss and gave us detailed breakdown of the costs of each device. There was no salesman pressure to buy anything! I highly recommend coming to Connect Hearing at Kemps River in Virginia Beach, Va!

Was out to dinner with my family and my Grandfather's hearing started to act up. Allie did not even know us and we have never even been to connect hearing and she helped my Grandfather fix his hearing aid on the spot. She said that if he had a problem with it again, to just give her a call and she would help him out again. Will definitely use them in the future and will recommend them to everyone I know.
