I was traveling through the area on my anniversary weekend and had forgotten my hearing aid charger at home. Another store in the area recommended Jason at AudioNova. After calling and leaving a message with my dilemma, Jason called back and said he had one available. I had called a half dozen other places with no luck so he really came through and I’ll be able to hear this weekend. Thanks for the stellar customer service!

I totally agree with all the positive reviews posted here! Jason was a tremendous help to me when I went in because my hearing aids suddenly stopped working properly. Withing 15 minutes, he had me back on line, even though I did not purchase my Signia aids from him, and had never been a client before. There was no pitch, no pressure to buy in to some contract or commitment that day--just a genuine, knowledgeable provider who was willing to help me. It is because of that generosity I WILL become a client at Connect Hearing for my testing and when I need to replace my devices. Thank you, Jason!

This place is amazing! The staff is very knowledgeable and professional. My husband has had his hearing aids for three years. They have replaced 3 times, we thought they were broken but come to find out (with the help of these great people) they had never been properly programed. Wish I could give a higher rate than a 5, because Jason O'Donnell, was so great. First time having a test. I am so happy with my hearing aids. A wonderful experience for my daughter!!! We got the Phonak Compilot 2 & it is totally awesome! She can use her cell phone now to make phone calls & doesn't have to use speaker phone anymore. She hears the callers voice right thru her hearing aids. She absolutely loves it & its super easy to use!! She can also connect it to her tablet & she is able to hear the words thru her hearing aids & not have to use closed captioning. Such a blessing!! This has been a wonderful experience! Jason was so informative & so nice to work with!!!! Thank you Connect Hearing!!!

Took my mother here and it was fantastic. Jason ODonnell was very caring and preformed a complete exam. He understood my mothers needs and gave her what fit best for her life style. Would recommend that anyone who needs a hearing aid go here.

The entire team at Connect Hearing go out of their way to help restore hearing capability. They’re much more interested in helping people interact with their sound environment than they are just selling “hearing aids”. Could not ask for better support for my hearing loss (hi frequency) as well as my daughter’s profound sensorineural loss. Looking forward to trying their newest technology.

My Dad came in town for visit from GA. On his way up, his hearing aid went wonky and he couldn’t hear out of it very well. I could tell he was getting frustrated trying to make the best out of his trip. I talk a lot and selfishly wanted him to listen to me. Without him having to concentrate on reading my lips or asking me to repeat myself. He told me he used Connect Hearing in GA and to our surprise we had a location in Roanoke. We walked in and were greeted by Whitney who was delightful and listened to my Dad’s problem. We were seen by Jason who took his time listening to my Dad. He tested my Dad’s hearing aid and made some adjustments and fixed it!!! WOW! My Dad could hear again!! What I was really impressed with, was the kindness Jason gave my Dad. Jason was thorough, asked questions, listened, did his exam, spoke to my Dad and explained some next steps for him. I was so impressed that he took his time and he is funny! We are blessed to have office like this in Roanoke. Thank you Jason and Whitney, my Dad thanks you too!

Jason ODnnell was a tremendous help and truly cares about helping folks hear better. I bought my hearing aids 4 years ago in Cincinnati, and they simply have not been much help lately. Recently one of the speakers became separated from the hearing aid. I called The Salem Connect office and they got me in the next day. Jason not only repaired the broken hearing aid, but upon hearing of the problems I had been having, he cleaned and reprogrammed my hearing aids and they are now working like they did when they were new. Jason and his receptionist are top shelf! They are always eager and willing to help as well as very polite and customer oriented. Jason really knows hearing aids and is very up to date on the latest developments to help his customers.

After a very unpleasant experience with another provider, I was referred to CONNECT HEARING. I cannot describe how comfortable I felt not only in there setting but in the expertise of adjusting the settings on my new hearing aid. They represent Phonak hearing aids and I would highly recommend them - both the device and the expertise of the providers without reservation.

I have been wearing hearing aids for over 30 years and have dealt with many audiologists over the years. The staff here is by far the most knowledgeable and caring that I have dealt with. I have a severe hearing loss and they have went above and beyond to try to find the right programming for my needs. I honestly cannot say enough positive things about the staff and the service they provide.

Was out of town and hearing aids need attention. Had purchased my hearing aids from this company but another location. Showed up without an appointment and the Salem audiologist was pleasant and helpful in solving my problem. Gave me some take-home tools to prevent a recurrence. I was impressed and appreciative.
