Meet Our Staff

Autumn Collins, H.I.S.

Autumn Collins, HIS, is a Board Certified Hearing Instrument Specialist at AudioNova in the Roanoke clinic. Her clinical areas of expertise include audiological evaluations and hearing aid fittings. With over 20 years of experience in the hearing healthcare field, from HCC to HCP, she became a licensed hearing instrument specialist in 2024. Autumn aims to improve the lives of her patients and their families with better hearing. Autumn was inspired to become a hearing care provider because she loves helping people and can personally relate to her patients through her own use of a medical device. Her favorite part of the job is seeing her patients’ faces light up when they hear their loved ones again. Outside of work, Autumn enjoys spending time with her husband of 18 years and their two dogs.

After having a hearing test and getting a printout of the audio gram, I went to another hearing center to have my hearing aids adjusted. I didn’t feel that specialist was very thorough, so I went to Next Level Hearing who I had had good experience with in the past. Jason spent a good amount of time at his laptop and at the end told me I only had 80% of the programming and my previous adjustment was not done properly. And then he said he didn’t feel right charging me. My hearing is so much better now!! It’s worth the drive from my house - about 45 min!!
