Stephanie Rawls gave me great advice on my next steps if I had any other hearing concerns. Oh which I didn't have any hearing issues. Great service and care team. I have been using hearing aides for over 20 years and AudioNova (Connect Hearing) has always provided my hearing aides. Every employee has been personable, friendly and knowledgeable. I always leave satisfied.

I have been dealing with the Churchland office of Connect Hearing and Matt Eubanks for over three years now, and I have always found the care and service to be better than my expectations. I came to Connect Hearing by way of a friend of mine after I had such a poor experience with another provider (same hearing aids, but total lack of service and care. I felt more like one in a herd than a person who needed help with my loss of hearing). I can't say enough good things about my experriences with Connect Hearing........

What?

This business really deserves more than a five star rating from me. I use an older pair of Seimens hearing aids that I needed to get checked out and readjusted. When I dropped in the other day I fully expected to get pushed away. Although the audiologist was not I was given some paperwork to take home and fill out along with an appointment for later in the week. When I arrived a couple days later I was entered in their system, asked a few easy questions then taken in the back where I met Matt Eubanks, the audiologist. Matt explained that since my hearing aids were quite old he may not be able to connect then to his system but will try and also check my hearing first. The entire process was easy, detailed and very professional. His office and work space is very clean and organized. Matt was able to connect to my hearing aids, make some adjustments and give me some very helpful information. Although I was willing to pay for the time used Matt assured me that whatever was done during this first visit was at no charge. This was amazing! At no time was I pressured into looking at new hearing aids or given less than first class service. Once these older hearing aids can no longer be used I know who I will go to for new ones.
