Meet Our Staff

Andy Chun, H.C.P

Mr. Andy Chun Fang graduated with his Master in audiology from the National Taipei University of Nursing and Health Sciences. After graduating, Andy worked at Phonak Taiwan branch office as a product trainer with a focus on training audiologists and dispensers in Taiwan about how to fit hearing aids. Andy is certified and licensed by the state of Texas to fit and dispensing hearing instruments. He has spent more than fifteen years in the hearing aids industry. Having worked on both the manufacturer and clinical side, Andy has a deep understanding of the hearing loss and hearing instruments. His experience has given him a well-rounded view of what it takes to deliver exceptional hearing care content.

The new name had me worried. I had been happy with the previous one. Great to report that nothing has changed in that respect. All the staff are friendly, helpful, and punctual. I'm glad Andy is still there, and the new audiologist is delightful as well. Cynthia, the receptionist is a hoot - in a good way. We shared several laughs.
