Trevor is amazing. He answered all my questions. The hearing test was very thorough, the aid I purchased works extremely well. Couldn't be more pleased.

Trevor is very knowledgeable explained every step of the process of testing and fitting the hearing aids. Mom is very pleased with her new hearing aids!

Trevor treats his patients with respect and he is very strong on customer service. He explains everything in detail and makes sure the patient understands all aspects of their hearing aids.

I came from out of town and my left hearing aid stopped working. My brother in law knew Trevor as he is a customer of his. We just stopped by after lunch and handed Trevor my not working device. He said give me a minute and stepped in the back. Came back in two minutes with a big smile and said try it on. He had a cable to replace what was broken and said no charge. Couldn't be more pleased. My experience with Dr. Trevor Johnson at AudioNova has been excellent. The receptionist, when I called to make an appointment, and several times afterwards, was very nice and professional. Dr. Johnson, as always, was very informative, answered all my questions, and he took his time making sure I understood everything about my hearing aids. He even downloaded the app on my phone for me as I am not a techy person! Dr. Johnson is an all-around, very professional, kind person. I highly recommend Dr. Johnson!

I was headed to SC from KY on vacation and my hearing aid had stopped working the night before we left. it was too late to get it fixed by my original audiologist. In a panic, I’ve contacted numerous hearing places to try and get this fixed either in spartanburg area or hilton head. nobody would help except Trevor Johnson. He listened to my concern and issue and urged me to come in soon as I arrived in spartanburg. He fixed both my hearing aids within ten minutes and let me leave free of charge. That is awesome customer service and anybody would be blessed to have him as an audiologist.

My husband had a hearing aid emergency while we were traveling and Dr.Trevor Johnson was able to get us in same day and fix our issues. He was warm and welcoming and didn’t make us feel like a burden. This doctor deserves a daisy reward if there was one for doctors like there are nurses - this coming from an ER nurse

I’m deaf in one ear and the staff here, especially Trevor helped solve the problem more than I could ever know. I ordered a CROS system and was taught step by step how to work it and solve my problems. I can hear better than I ever have in my life all thanks to this place and their technology.

Over the last eight years, my experience with hearing loss has been frustrating and costly. I’ve had expensive and cheap ones to no avail The day I walked into Elite hearing center in Spartanburg SC, my frustration ended These folks really care about you and want you to hear as normal as possible. Trevor Johnson is second to none in his field. A good person who explains and gets you used to your hearing aids without overwhelming you. I so appreciate Trevor and staff more and more every day. This (Elite) is a whole new experience , thank God!

I have worn hearing aids since the mid-1970's. The last one was a Phonak that I purchased approximately seven years ago, and I was happy with it and the accessories (comp pilot and partner mike) that came with it. I had contemplated getting a back up hearing aid through our insurance company HUMANA, and had called for information on making an appointment. They directed me to TRUHearing. I did not follow up right away. I noticed an ad in the paper by ELITE HEARING CENTERS and mistakenly thought that was the same company referred by HUMANA. I responded to the ad for a free hearing test and consultation. The specialist who conducted the test was Trevor Johnson. By the end of the consultation I was very impressed by his knowledge and the testing procedure, so I decided to immediately follow his advice and purchase a new hearing aid. I knew I was completely deaf in my right ear and had a considerable deficiency in the left one. The test showed that I only had 32% hearing in my left ear. Trevor said I needed all the help I could get and recommended a Phonak M 90. Long story short, I am amazed at my hearing now and how much I missed out on by not proceeding sooner. I cannot give enough credit to Trevor Johnson and Cameron Walker for their professionalism and personal attention. I am glad that I mistakenly went to ELITE HEARING CENTERS. My life has improved immensely.

This store is amazing. When you walk in you are greeted instantly by the amazing staff and you receive amazing service. My husband has been a patient here for well over a year and any time he needs something he comes back and we always receive awesome service.
