Katie deserves 10 stars, not just 5. She is exceptionally knowledgeable and helpful. I have an older version of Phonak hearing aids which had a problem with the wax filters which another source was unable to solve and she had it fixed in 5 minutes. She also advised of a newer Phonak technology which I will be acquiring. She was most generous with her time and knowledge.

These people know their stuff. They're friendly, professional, and helpful. Their pricing is affordable and they don't upsell.

Cameron seen very nice n understandable... He took me seriously about my hearing but only problem I has was my insurance at least he tried to help as best he could. The place is very clean reception was friendly as well

I noticed the last several months my hearing has seemed to diminish and I started having ringing in my ears. I’m 67 years old and have not had my hearing texted in decades, so I contacted my insurance provider. They sent me to AudioNova. I met Hearing Aid Specialist Cameron Walker. He was very friendly and awesome to work with. He put me through several hearing tests. When finished he completely went over my test results on a computer screen and explained in an easy to understand manner. I am completely satisfied with my experience and will become a customer of Cameron Walker and get my hearing tested yearly. I highly recommend him!

My husband and I had the best experience. Kate at the front desk already was greeting us by name as we walked in. She was very friendly. Then Dr.Walker my husbands physician is so welcoming. If I could give this experience 10 stars I would. This was easily the most informative session I've had in terms of my health.
