My trade and my hobby led me to some significant hearing loss. Being on Medicare, I was a little worried who they would recommend to see. Hearing Center of Lancaster was the recommendation. I have to say I was welcomed by a nice young lady, Carrie, who discussed my hearing issues and provided a free hearing test. Wow! Was I surprised what I wasn’t hearing. I made the decision that I definitely needed hearing aids and she worked out all the details. I have my hearing aids for about a month and couldn’t be happier. The follow up visits to “tweak” things are now complete. Every detail was covered and the visits were helpful. To anyone that may feel embarrassed or not sure about hearing aids, don’t be. Visit the Hearing Center of Lancaster and they will help you with affordable hearing aids. Mine are Bluetooth and they are great! I never have to touch my phone to answer or place calls. My experience with this business has been most enjoyable and I would recommend the services there to anyone looking for a better hearing solution. Everything went very smoothly from the initial hearing test to the fine tuning of the instruments after using them for a period of time. I do love the Zounds hearing aids that I started out with because of the rechargeable batteries. In 2018 I decided to upgrade to the Hansaton hearing aids because of the newer technology. The charger itself is capable to charge the hearing aids for up to 14 days without having the charger plugged into an electrical outlet. Just wonderful for traveling. They have also been very fair in their pricing when compared to many other hearing centers. A good company selling an excellent product!"

I am very pleased with the Hearing Center of Lancaster. Previously, I used another hearing aid center. I feel that the test of my hearing was not as thorough as what I received here. Also, the hearing aid was less expensive, and all that I have to do is place my hearing aids into my battery charger at night. The next morning I am ready to go. Jack and Carrie are always available with any problem or concern that I have. I like that the location is convenient to drive to.

I’m a product of both parents ! They denied hearing loss for years . Finally after submitting and getter aids ? They realized what they missed . Frank fitted me , took me outside to listen - and oh yah !! I too realized what sounds I’ve missed . Don’t hesitate to go to see these folks as they made it very easy.

I had no less than 5 hearing exams over the past two years and at different hearing centers. Each one confirmed that my hearing loss was on the severe side especially in my left ear. If you have been in the same position or just beginning the process; you probably agree with me when I say it’s a very frustrating experience. Hearing Aids are expensive and not covered by Medicare, and there are so many options and choices that it almost can drive you crazy. After stumbling on Hearing Center Of Lancaster; my outlook changed and after working with Jack and Carrie now for seven months, I can tell you that I could not be more satisfied with my choice. Jack French and Carrie offered choices without pushing for the most expensive, but what really worked best for me. They listened to my concerns, and offered real advice. After selling me the aids, they continue to help me in anyway that I need. Both are very professional and so so easy to talk to. If hearing loss is a concern, please do yourself a favor, and give Hearing Center Of Lancaster a call.

I highly recommend the HC of Lancaster for anyone that deals with hearing difficulties! Over the past three years, in addition to dramatically enabling my hearing, they have always been "right there" for me with accurate solutions to my questions or difficulties- and alerting and advising me about use and care of the hearing aids. It's been great!

I previously purchased a hearing aid at a different supplier years back, so I had some expectations before my experience with Jack and Carrie. From the first time I entered the business, they both have made me feel like an important part of their client family. Carrie has been great to work with in terms of the scheduling and the financing of my hearing aid. Jack is very patient and knowledgable about the products and the process. He took his time and explained to me every step of the way through the process. Jack is extremely thorough and since getting my hearing aid, I have been scheduled for 2 follow ups to fine tune the performance as my hearing rehabilitation progresses. Jack French does not like to refund/credit $$$ when items are returned. Very deceptive business, should be avoided.

Awesome service. Jack spent 2 hours with my Mom making sure that she had what she needed. Much more time than scheduled. He is great to work with, no pressure. Carrie is great too. All in all this place is friendly, great service, caring staff. A++. Highly recommend to anyone needed hearing aid help.
