Meet Our Staff

Donna McGirr, H.I.S.

Donna McGirr is a Hearing Instrument Specialist, licensed by the state of Pennsylvania. She brings to her position a wide range of experience in the medical field and a lifelong dedication to helping others. By staying up to date on the latest innovations in hearing aid technology and recognizing that each patient’s situation is unique, she provides the best possible care for her clients. Donna lives in York, PA with her husband. She is the proud mother of two grown boys, and one adorable rescue dog named Storm. In her free time, she enjoys being with her family and can often be found working on DIY home projects. “I love knowing that the work we do improves our patient’s ability to hear and improves their quality of life. They share the ways that being able to hear brings them back to their families, allows them to be a part of their churches, and to feel like a part of their community again. That’s the good stuff.”

We were visiting the Hershey area from out of state with my 88-year-old mom for a family wedding. She wears two hearing aids and suddenly had a problem with one. This was Friday at 9:30 am and the wedding was at 4:00 pm. I made a call to AudioNova, and to say they were helpful would be an understatement! The receptionist immediately said we can get her in at 12:45 pm. They were so helpful, understanding of our urgency, and so compassionate towards my mom. The issue was resolved, and my mom’s anxiety was replaced by a huge smile. Thank you for helping us!

Donna was great. Helped me with my aids that were not working correctly. Hopefully they can be repaired without additional expense. My hearing is severe & profound so I was thankful that I could use loaner aids until mine gets repaired.
