Help full and kind, relaxed atmosphere

Joyce Geisel , has made my life brighter and bearable after 20 yrs of wearing hearing aids . I have to share no one has ever taken the time that she had . I learned so much that was never ever told to me from cleaning and was told for 15 yrs I just needed an amplifier in left ear because of hearing loss. She gave me options and the one was to try a regular hearing aid in my left ear . She explained sometimes it works and sometimes not , but it has helped me tremendously. I loved the fact she listened to my previous problems and gave me options. She was a God Sent to me . There are not enough words to share to how blessed that my friends gave me her name. Thank you Joyce and audioNova .

I was there a few weeks ago absolutely love this place 1st time ever being there and, not knowing I need hearing aids in both ears but, that's great to know because had I not came and got tested I wouldn't of known. Called to get my records sent down south and Sara answered with a pleasant caring voice. She had to take some digging to find them and was successful being my appointments were from 2017. I appreciate the time she put into this being she did it on the same day I called. She was attentive to my needs. Thank you Sara!

I highly recommend Connect Hearing for hearing aid needs. Crystal went out of her way to make sure my hearing aids fit me properly and appreciated her time spent with me. First time using the Bluetooth experience and love it !! Joyce has as well in the past helped my husband and I with hearing aids and went out of her way to make sure our needs were met and appreciate her for that. You will be met with Sarah who greets everyone with her smile and asks if you would like something to drink. Love these girls and all they do for people like me who when hearing becomes an issue, they are there for you. Thank you Crystal, Joyce, and Sarah.

What can I say? My husband can hear again! Nice office and wonderful people who care about meeting clients' needs. Hearing aides are expensive. This is my husband's fourth pair in 25 years and are much better than the last two sets.

Went to Connect Hearing to try hearing aids for my husband. Joyce G. was truly a knowledgeable professional. She answered all of his questions and let us know she was available for support. My husband is happy and wears his hearing aids daily. I got my husband back!! I'm so thankful.
