Perfection!! Simon Rubin is the Gold Standard. No one better. Smart, Patient, Professional... After spending $7000, my Mother in Law ended up with hearing aids that were unusable. The Doctor and Audiologist saw her 7 times for adjustments and just said she had to get use to them. She complained that they kept falling out and gave up on them. She had nothing for the last 4 years. Fast Forward- I heard about Simon Rubin from one of my patients and decided to take her for an evaluation. He evaluated her and said that there would be no way for her to wear the hearing aids that she was given. Her ear canals are so small that he need to take impressions of her ear and had special, custom earpieces made for her. As soon as he put them in she lit up. It was like hearing for the first time. She also was given a device called Roger, which enhances her hearing in crowds and also while watching TV. She is like a new person. I cannot recommend Simon Rubin enough. 5+STARS!!!!

I recently purchased hearing aids from AudioNova in Ramsey, The Phonak hearing aids were pricey, but worth every penny. I can hear way better now and they have some really cool features. Simon Rubin, my consultant, was terrific. Simon is knowledgeable, patient, professional, and personable. He made sure I was fitted properly and understood how they worked. Stacey, the receptionist (office manager?) was also great, efficient and personable. I would unequivocally recommend them.

There are several reasons why I followed my husband to AudioNova@American Hearing Center! First there is Simon Rubin,HIS- one of the kindest and most professional gentleman we have ever met. He explains “ears, aids, hearing, life,” like no one else and deserves more than five stars! Then you meet Stacy, his “administrative assistant” and you know you are in the right place with the right person! There is an ease to the management of this office that has to be attributed to her warm and supportive personality! In addition to the personnel, I am a believer in the product and the follow up support that is consistently offered. There are many places to get hearing aids, but if you want the best, I strongly suggest you call this center and book your appointment!! You won’t regret it!!

I had been wearing hearing aids for 12 years when I first went to see Simon last year to look into getting a new, preferably improved, pair. First, he gave me the most complete hearing test I've ever had, even spotting my consonant problem. Then he gave a pair of Phonak hearing aids which really improved my hearing in a variety of situations. When a problem does crop up (the app on my phone stopped working) help is available. If you have hearing problems, this is the place to go.

Top notch service and professionalism. I got my second pair of hearing aids in December 2023 and recently had some issues. Stacey was really helpful on the phone and helped me troubleshoot an issue over the phone and a week later after some other issues I went to see Melissa who was covering for Simon who I always deal with. She had to send my new Phonaks out for adjustment and gave me a loaner pair. This branch of American Hearing Center is just outstanding. They are kind, accomodating and thoroughly professional.

These are my 4th pair of hearing aids. They are the best ones and the service is excellent!
