My appointment with Maria the clinician was very professional. She took a lot of time to explain all the facets and wearing of my hearing aids. I definitely chose the right facility to get fitted for hearing aids . Could not be happier with my choice of provider.

Maria Kfoury at American Hearing/AudioNova was tremendous. I am deaf in one ear and bought a very good Cros hearing aid from her. She is very knowledgeable, helpful, and thorough. I highly recommend going here for hearing test and hearing aid.

I can’t say enough positive things about the care & service that I have received from Maria Varvaras at the Hackettstown office. As an active senior, I suddenly lost most of the hearing in one ear & was instructed to try a hearing aid. Maria didn’t start out as my HIS, but she was the only one who answered the phone when I was having problems with the loner hearing aid right before the weekend. From that point on, Maria became my hero on this unexpected hearing loss journey. From that phone call forward, Maria has demonstrated professionalism & knowledge. She listens intently to concerns, explains everything from physiology to technology to insurance, all calmly, patiently & thoroughly. Maria makes you feel as if you are her only client & she is going to do her best to make things as good as they can be. Maria & the staff at Hackettstown AHC have been wonderful through the ups & downs of my hearing journey & are highly recommended.

I have never been treated more welcome & helpful at any facility than I was on my recent visit to American Hearing Center in Hackettstown , NJ .

My husband and I went in for his hearing test and consultation. We both were very happy with the service we received. Much to our surprise they allowed him to test run the hearing aid for 2 weeks, was not an option at the previous facility. After wearing them for 2 weeks they were adjusted to wear for yet another week to ensure an educated decision. Was overall very happy with the experience and would definitely recommend to those in need.

Very courteous and pleasant reception upon my arrival for my appointment. I didn't have to wait long to meet Maria, the hearing specialist. She explained everything clearly to me and helped me to choose the hearing aids I'll be wearing. She was very patient and answered all my questions. I had been resistant to getting a hearing aid for years but glad I finally took that step. I left the office feeling confident I made the right decision and the right choice of hearing aid. I also want to acknowledge the pleasant phone communications I had when I called to make an appointment as well as the call confirming my appointment. Very professional and helpful.

Maria was very attentive and able to answer all my questions and concerns.

We went to the Center in Hackettstown, NJ. My father who is 89 had a great experience. He had a lot of ear wax build up, they sent him home with drops, and had him retested. All of this doesn't cost any extra. The Hearing Specialist Maria Varvatas was very gentile and caring. Would highly recommend this facility.
