I went to the Washington NC AudioNova location to get a hearing test, Real Ear Measurement, and then do a 45 day trial for the Phonak Infinio Sphere hearing aids. My husband and I were greeted by Zoe, who was professional, friendly and made me feel immediately at ease. I saw Lixue Dong who used all the "best practices" for audiology and put my needs as a priority. She listened patiently, did a "crowd test" in the office to make sure my trial aids were set appropriately. I had to back multiple times for my personal fine tuning (everybody's ears are different!) and each time was a wonderful experience. In all my 13 years of wearing hearing aids, this was the best I've ever had. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Lixue Dong and Zoe at the Washington Office!!

I arrived a little early for my appointment, which had been moved up due to a cancellation. I waited in the waiting room for approximately 20 min before being taken back for my exam. Facility was very clean and comfortable, and staff very friendly and professional. The exam went well with a thourough review of what my results were.
