Kelly Black, H.I.S.

"Kelly Black, H.I.S., has been a Patient Care Coordinator for eight years, witnessing the profound effects of hearing loss on patients and their families. Her passion for helping others led her to become a Certified Hearing Instrument Specialist, graduating from Alpaca University in 2023. She now works to help others by providing comprehensive hearing care, knowing her skills will make a difference in the lives of those she serves. Kelly has lived in Ocean Springs for 20 years. Her favorite things to do outside of work are spending time with her grandchildren, watching her husband perform (a musician), painting, and crafting."

Lisa Patton, H.I.S.

Meet Lisa Patton, H.I.S., a compassionate Hearing Instrument Specialist at AudioNova in Ocean Springs, with a wealth of experience testing and treating children and adults with hearing loss. Lisa’s professional journey began with a degree in Speech and Hearing Sciences from the University of Southern Mississippi in 2008. Motivated by the impact of hearing loss on her own family members, she became a hearing care provider, driven by the desire to help others participate fully in family gatherings. As a long-term resident of the region, Lisa’s dedication to volunteer work with her church shows her commitment to her community. Outside of work, she finds joy in spending time with her family, indulging in horseback riding, and creating cherished memories on vacations to the mountains, the beach, and Disney. Lisa’s favorite part of being a hearing care provider is witnessing the transformative impact on people’s lives. Seeing individuals regain joy and reduce anxiety levels as they reconnect with improved communication drives her commitment to making a difference at AudioNova.

I have been to many audiologists trying to find the perfect adjustments for my complex hearing loss and the only thing I regret is waiting so long for me to go to this office! After 2 visits I have the absolute best adjustment ever received from anyone! Most tolerable on top of it and I can hear my husband and son now without having to read their lips mainly. I am so grateful for the patients, effort, and expertise. The best hearing aid adjustments are just possible with providers that truly listen and care about their patients comfort. You will not be disappointed!
