Dr Ianni and Matt were extremely helpful! I bought the new behind the ear hearing aids and I love them! I’ve had hearing aids for many years and Dr Ianni was so helpful in encouraging me to try a new model other than in the ear hearing aids. I’m ecstatic that I can heard in restraunts, in meetings, and in private conversations. The attentive service and knowledge were admirable. I highly recommend this company (Acton office) for people who are starting with hearing aids and those who have had hearing aids for a long time.

Dr Gina has left this company. This is April 2025 and she left a few months ago. I had an appt and they let me know they canceled it because she left. This place has been a revolving door of owned companies with different names and fluctuating level of customer service. I'm done with Audio Nova or True North or whatever their name is. They are not reliable, and losing Dr Gina, the best audiologist they had, is the final straw. I'm looking elsewhere, which is too bad because Acton is convenient.

Gina is a terrific audiologist. She understands my hearing needs, knows the science and technology at work, and responds well to my specific preferences.

When I phoned to set up an appointment at the Acton office and make an initial inquiry, my call went to a call center. The operator (Brooklyn) said she would transfer me to the Acton office (I got the number from the Acton office's website.) After holding for many minutes nobody answered. I was given the direct number and I tried it. Nobody picked up. Eventually, you are directed to a voice mail box. 10:30 am on a Wednesday.

Professional, no pressure to get my credit card (unlike Newton branch). Patient w me. Highly recommend. Stay away from u ethical practices at Newton branch wells Ave. Make the scenic trip to Acton. Fabulous service there!

I've had no problems with my hearing aids or getting help if needed. I really like having my smartphone connection with Thrive. Answering the phone is no longer a challenge.

The staff at True North Hearing is terrific - and the hearing aids my husband purchased 2 years ago have made such a difference in his life. True North doesn't just sell aids: they also follow up with you every 6 months to make sure everything is working properly, no cost. Highly recommend!!

I met Dr. Gina this morning. I went on behalf of our Mum to meet and talk with Dr. Gina and experience the office. Dr. Gina is well educated, Au.D., CCC-A. She is very personable, ready willing and able to be helpful. Thank you Dr. Gina I’ll be back with our Mum for hearing aids!

Went in for hearing evaluation and to see what can be done for my tinnitus. Very thorough and professional team in the Acton Ma office. Explained things VERY well and that is much appreciated. They made me feel very comfortable for the whole process. Low pressure but very encouraging. Turns out the only proven treatment for tinnitus is hearing aids- they explained why very well. As soon as I tried the hearing aids on I noticed how much less the tinnitus was and how much clearer I could hear people speaking. Very happy that the hearing aids are blue tooth and can be synched with my phone. No more ear buds and more comfortable!

I had a set of Starkey Muse hearing aids given to me by a family member. Making an appointment here, they performed a hearing test, changed out the transducers, and adjusted the hearing aids to my hearing. It was all done quickly and with little difficulty. Highly recommended for hearing tests and maintenance on your modern hearing aids.

I can hear so much better now. The audiologist is very knowledgeable and explained in detail the tests and the results . Highly recommended!

Erin listened attentively to what I had to say, asked clarifying questions and proceeded to meet my needs. I asked about remote tuning which she had not been aware of before. After consulting with Starkey she installed it on my hearing aids. I could not be happier!! We discussed other minor concerns I had, all of which she addressed satisfactorily. Dr. Erin Roche gave me the most thorough hearing examination that I have had in 12+ years of wearing hearing aids. I had a hearing test conducted today due to ringing in my ears, plus heightened sensitivity to noise in general. The audiologist had done research prior to the appointment, and shared her findings with me. I appreciated her thoroughness and concern for my overall well being. I highly recommend this practice!

I love my hearing aids I worked with machinery all my life and have lost most of my hearing. I went to Hearing Health in tv wen Acton and they’ve always been so helpful to my situation. At times I’ve had minor issues with them and I’ve contacted them and they solve the issues almost immediately. I am very pleased with their service and their personal. I had an issue with them today I called and talked to Jen and she told him to come right down. She was able to resolve the situation in a matter of minutes and also help me program my phone with other issues that I was having with that phone. I would recommend them to anyone. Hearing Health has been a God-Send to me. Their product is Top Notch and the service is “simply the best.” When you walk through the door you are greeted with a large smile(from Jen). She will make you feel so comfortable. and glad you came. Then Erin , a most wonderful and knowledgeable Audiologist who happens to be an expert about their product and who will not let you leave the premises until you are 100% satisfied . She will answer each and every question you may have in a way that you will most certainly understand . If, you encounter any problems when you leave , just give Hearing Health a call and they will handle it ASAP. Frankly, I could be a commercial for Hearing Health. They truly care and make you feel like a valued customer.

I have been going to Hearing Health in Acton MA for about eight years now and not once was there ever an issue with any of my requests. I’ve seen management changes over the years, but that did not disrupt the professionalism that Hearing Health of Acton offer. Their staff are all very pleasant, friendly and helpful. What impressed me the most besides their quality products is their customer service. I would walk in with a problem and they would straighten everything out before I left the building. They wanted to be sure that everything was working properly and that I was happy with the results, and I was! Digital Hearing aids today are far more high tech, much smaller than the old body aids with a two foot wire hanging out of your ear, UGH!! The audiologists has to be extremely well trained because everybody hearing is different. Hearing aids are customized to match a person’s hearing loss, just like glasses. Jim and Jen...keep up the good work!

This company understands customer service in spades. They go out of their way to be helpful, fair and courteous. Plus they are knowledgeable. You can't go wrong.

Excellent experience at Hearing Health Acton. I brought my 93 year old mother for new hearing aids. The audiologist (Jim) was knowledgeable, kind, and helpful. He went out of his way to make sure my mother's hearing and cognitive issues were adequately addressed. The receptionist Jenn is very pleasant and accommodating about appointments and billing. Easy access, welcoming small office. Highly recommended!

My 93 year old mother woke up today and was unable to hear despite wearing two hearing aids. Her grandson spent two hours trying to get an appointment for her to be seen by an audiologist. Some were talking not having openings for two weeks . Jen , from Hearing Health USA who was actually working in their Newton location, offered to meet us this afternoon at the Acton location. She checked the aids and discovered that one of them had a tear in the ear mold. She also saw a build up of wax and referred us to a minute clinic down the street who had a certified professional to remove the wax. We will go to the original vendor to get a new earmold but we’re very greatful for the wonderful accommodating service provided to us by Jen at the Acton Hearing Health USA location.
