My hearing experience is back to normal with the phonak hearing aids. Communication on the job restored, public meetings group settings once again I can be a part of no longer experience the muffled sounds everything is clear. Hearing disability removed I can enjoy life again. Steven goes above and beyond to insure my hearing deficiency is addressed and irradiated using his skills and available technology at hand. Great customer service.

Steven adjusted my husbands hearing aid and the cross overhearing aid. You would not believe how much better he can hear me. In church loud cymbals and music was a lot more comfortable for him. Steven understands hearing loss better than anyone we have been to.

Very informative and Dr. Dugas was engaging and was able to help us determine the course my husband needed to resolve his hearing issues. Very thankful for his knowledge and professionalism.

Both my husband and I cannot say enough about our experience with Steven. Steven listened to our concerns regarding our hearing, prior to providing the test. His expertise was evident from explaining his findings to explaining the new technology in hearing aids along with fittings.

Melissa and Jessica are a wonderful team. They provide an office that is very warm and inviting. They are both very professional, yet very personable. Jessica is very kind and accommodating when making appointments for my mother. She always greets us with a smile, offering water, coffee and friendly conversation while checking in my mom. We are usually seen right at our appointment time. Melissa is very personable and gets to know her patients and their needs. She is compassionate, understanding and very thorough. You never feel rushed at an appointment. She takes the time to listen to my mom and addresses her all her concerns specific to her hearing loss. My mom has been coming to this office for over 15 years and I cannot imagine going anywhere else. The quality and service are exceptional!

Very knowledgeable of the equipment available for the different levels of hear deficiencies. Will advise for the best interest of the customer. And they will spend whatever time it takes for each customer to become familiar with his or her hearing devices. All in all I was made to be very comfortable. I recommend this office.

Friendly, welcoming staff. Audiologist asked good questions and took time to listen to my hearing needs. After performing a complete hearing test she made adjustments to my hearing aids to address my particular hearing needs. I am very pleased with my visit and looking forward to testing the hearing aid adjustments in restaurants and loud crowd noise environment.

The service provided by the Audiology Department was the best I've experienced. Melissa is extremely knowledgeable and apparently very experienced. She was very detailed in explaining the process and made a recommendation that I've already found was a perfect fit for me. She was a pleasure to work with.
