AudioNova - Woodstock

They were very nice. Within a week I was set up with a set of hearing aids. They walked me through how to use and clean them. Very helpful. If you’re in the market for new hearing aids I highly recommend them.

This is the most comfortable atmosphere I have ever been into in any office from doctors to anything. Front desk is very inviting and you feel like you're talking to your best friend and it's a quick and painless Sign in. I was In front of the chicken window and one of the other customers came in and I said I can move. She said no you're good. And then she told him that he's checked in and they laughed and joked about stuff. It was a very comfortable atmosphere like I said. I waited tops 4 min for the specialist Sherri Morales, BC-HIS. When I got back there, it was like talking to your closest family member very laid-back atmosphere. We were both talking and joking while she was typing some stuff for my insurance company and I bought a pair of hearing aids It was really fast, but it didn't make you feel like you're being rushed or anything. Each person in there take as much time as you want to talk to them from the front desk to the specialist. Not only was I greeted by the front desk. There is also a nice worker sitting down in the corner waiting for someone to come in. They greeted me in. I greeted back and I can't give enough positive comments to everyone there. I will send everyone there that I know

Always a pleasant experience when we go here. Ms. Pam is such a nice, professional who always helps my mom. No matter how many times my struggles with her hearing aids Ms. Pam is always willing to help. She is the sweetest. Sam at the front desk is the best. She always greets with a smile and is very helpful as well. If you want a amazing and professional treatment for your hearing aides needs these ladies will take care of you!

Sherri Morales was very friendly, sweet, and informative. My husband went from not wanting to go for hearing test, she informed him no embarrassment or discomfort involved, takes about 20 minutes,so he agreed. My son's and I really appreciate to see him hearing again and not repeating what we said. But best of all seeing him smiling because he can hear. So if you're nervous about getting a hearing test done, go see Sherri, you will be glad you did.

I've been a client, customer or patient of Connect for over the last 15 years and can't say enough good about them. I have learned from previous experience, many of the hearing aid devices made are commodities that all work well by the various manufacturers. (I worked for Siemens for 27 years, now use Phonak) The difference is how the audiologist fits them at Connect/Woodstock. They perform a level of customization in how they "tune" the device to meet your needs. The staff at Connect Hearing Woodstock go above and beyond in that process and always exceed expectations. I have been going to Town Lake Connect Hearing since they opened. They are so good to me with my unusual problems, like when my puppy bit one of my aids! I like their suggestions and products. My annual audiogram is important to me as I've been HOH wll my life. Great place, I highly recommend Connect Hearing.

Pam Usher is awesome! She did a very thorough exam and testing procedure. She determined which aids would best serve my needs and got the ball rolling with my insurance provider. In less than two weeks from start to fitting I am happy and hearing very well.

Last September my father was sick and in rehab and he was having trouble with his hearing aids that we got from the VA in Atlanta. As you can guess he was in no shape to travel all the way to Atlanta to the VA. I contacted several places and no one would even look at them because they came from the VA. After being turned down by numerous places I brought them here and they fixed them on the spot and at no charge. Several months later they were clogged with wax and I came back and once again they fixed them with a smile and at no charge. A year later we needed new hearing aids and this was the first place I thought of. I brought my father in and they remembered me and everything about my father being sick last year. They fitted him for new hearing aids and gave us a demo pair to use until his new ones came in. Connect Hearing definitely knows about customer service and goes above and beyond. I will definitely be back again if I need hearing aids for myself 😊

I walked in off the street and asked if they could repair my 15 year old hearing aide. Pam cleaned them, tried new batteries but still didn't work. I set a appointment, got diagnosed, told her I wanted to comparatively shop. They said no problem. I went to another provider close by and went back to Connect Hearing to seal the deal. I put them through all of the grind and they STILL shined through. Good job Pam and Tracy !
