Started out fine. But, now, the Savannah office is only open 2 days a week. It takes about 3 weeks to get an appointment. Disappointing....gotta go find another place. The photo with a team of docs is by far misleading.

He was not only very considerate, but went over and above to accommodate and address my hearing issue, He demonstrated a high level of knowledge, competency, caring, and professionalism. My husband was seen by Ashley Travers in the Asheville office. Everyone in the office was very friendly and helpful. Ashley was very professional and personable. Throughout the process, from testing to fitting of hearing aids, she took as much time as needed by my husband to make sure he was comfortable with the entire process. It only took a week to receive, and again, Ashley took the time needed to insure the fit and comfort of the hearing aids. I highly recommend this location if you need hearing aids.

Definitely don’t drop in here. Apparently an appointment is required for service of any kind.

My husband and I were referred to the Savannah GA location through our third party provider, Amplifon and we have nothing but good to say about the doctor and the staff. The doctor is very personable, relatable and has a focused goal of getting us the best and most suited hearing aids for my husband’s particular needs accounting for his industrial work. He even loaned him a hearing aid since one of his wasn’t working at all. The turn around time was a week or maybe even 6 days. We were told it would take one to two weeks so we were pleasantly surprised. Can’t say enough good about Elite Hearing Centers of Savannah, GA!!!

I have been totally pleased with the service and response I have received from Elite Hearing. I wasn’t a patient, having moved here from Oklahoma. I had some issues with my hearing aids, they have repaired, replaced, adjusted them just as if I had purchased them there. They treat me not only as a patient, but a friend. I highly recommend Elite Hearing!

I was traveling through town and had some problems with my hearing aids. I live in Tennessee. I googled these fine people and brought my hearing aids to them. They fixed them and did not charge me anything. If I lived in Savannah, I would use them. Thanks again for your cordial help.

Elite in Suntree, FL. on N Wickham Rd. They are the best! Kirra is so nice, patient and knowledgeable! And Ana is as friendly as can be! I love these hearing aids, and they were so much more affordable than I expected! I purchased the Unitron brand, and it came with all the bells and whistles! Very light weight, and no one has even noticed them!

Imagine being in your 30's and having to be fitted with hearing aids. That was me 2 years ago. Luckily my insurance led me to Elite Hearing in Savannah, GA. From the very being from the initial apointment, fitting and services I have never had an issue. They are always so helpful, accomaditing, and professional.

My husband purchased hearing aids at the Savannah location 2 years ago. He has been back several times to have them cleaned and adjusted. They are always friendly, accommodating, and professional. Always good results, too. They are generous with their time. Felicia, the office .manager, is very competent and friendly. Highly recommend Elite.

I give it 5 stars because the customer service and personal care are excellent. Also, the Hearing Aid Specialist, Mr. Ellett, listened to our concerns and finally recommended the appropriate aid. He continues to be available when he is needed.

I am very pleased with the hearing exam, the explanation of my particular hearing loss, the hearing aids that were recommended for me. They are set perfectly for me, are comfortable, easy to place in ears and do a great job of putting me back in the "hearing world". No more reading lips! I was on an extended visit to Savannah when my right hearing aid seemed to be less effective. So I did not expect much when I walked into Elite Hearing Center. But Mgr Aaron Shaw and his associates gave me outstanding service. First he adjusted the fit of my right ear piece. Then he downloaded my profile so we could see the settings on his computer in graphical color display. Using his voice, we went to work on fine tuning my hearing aid for better clarity in a realistic environment. He saved the revised profile and archived the original right on the micro processor in the device. While running errands afterwards I realized I was hearing much clearer in random conversations with both men and women. Awesome!

My daughter came for a hearing test/diagnosis last week and we were very impressed with the knowledge and professionalism of the staff. They were very friendly, and answered all our questions and concerns. We would definitely recommend this facility and look forward to visiting with them again when my daughter has to get her hearing aid fitted.

I recommend anyone with hearing issues to use Elite Hearing Center in Savannah. They were professional and knowledgeable. They also stop my friend from being scammed from AccuQuest in Savannah. We were told that she needed to purchase a new set for $2800 , but when we went to Elite Hearing Center in Savannah they let us know that it just needed cleaning. They conducted the cleaning for free. Thank you so much Dr. Shaw and Staff for providing awesome service.

I’ve found that the office is always clean, the lady at the front desk is always friendly and knowledgeable. She is always ready and willing to answer any questions I have. The specialist there is always friendly and puts you right at ease. I would highly recommend this office for anyone with hearing issues.

I accompanied my mother on this appointment. I went in with skepticism. That was quickly dispelled as Aaron listened to my mother with complete understanding and respect to the hearing problems she described. He answered all questions with confidence and kindness. He gave her options tailored to her specific hearing loss. The business model is tailored to make it easy for the customer to try several aids to find the best fit and results. Subsequent visits are no charge, so there is no reason for my mother to hesitate, EVER, to get an aid that works.

My experience here has been outstanding!Getting a hearing aid and learning all the new digital capabilities can be daunting and Aaron Shaw was incredibly patient, thorough, and explained everything clearly.
