AudioNova - Winter Springs

Here for a funeral and my left hearing aid wasn’t working. I’m driving my family and myself crazy, (you all know)! Audio Nova got me in right away and they are sending it out for repair on the spot. Super nice staff, (Bree) and Mr McMicheal, the audiologist! Beautiful office. Highly recommend them!

Just recently had my hearing checked and confirmed what I suspected, that I had some hearing loss. I have had my new hearing aids for three weeks and am very pleased with not only the hearing aids, but especially the follow-up care. Would highly recommend them.

This was my first experience with hearing aids and Mark made the experience relatively painless. He is warm and kind and helpful. There is a steep learning curve in the beginning but, I felt reasonably sure of my use and care of the new aides by the third week. Getting accustomed to the nuance of sounds will take a bit longer as my hearing loss was years in the making. The operative word is “patience”. The front desk person, Sarah, is a lovely and cheerful young lady who aims to please. All in all, a very nice combo.

Exceptional service provided by Mr. Mark and his staff (Barbara at the front desk is awesome)! They worked with us when we would not get approved for financing... such a blessing as I needed new hearing aids to care for my newborn daughter once she was home from the hospital. My no cost/free examination was extensive, detailed and professional. I was carefully listened to, all my questions were extensively reviewed and answered by Jaysee A. Soto; and my session ended with a complete review of my hearing exam and auditory evaluation results with a professional recommendation to consult with an E and T specialist for further evaluation. Outstanding with excellence!!!! I took my 84 yr old husband to Jaycee A s Soto, for his hearing test and evaluation. First of all, your first impression of any business is the person you speak to on phone and see by the front door. Barbara, is a sweetheart and puts forth every effort to accomodate. Jaycee is so honest and thorough in the process of evaluation, and we were educated at so many levels. Prior to Jaycee, we went to an Audiologist under United Healthcare /Innovations. It was a shallow testing and , of course, given earring aide that weren't very good and he still wasn't hearing with accuracy. Same people for three years. Decided to take him to Preferred Hearing Center and received impeccalbe service with a new earring aide. He advised us the appropriate one, for his lifesyle. Jaycee, didn't try to sell us the most expensive earring aide that wouldn't be needed. He didn't try to be a salesman!! These people walk with integrity!!! I’m new to Preferred Hearing Center so I’ve only been twice and both experiences were wonderful. Jaysee Soto is the best! He spent quality time with me both visits and really does care about his patients and you can tell he loves what he does! I’d highly refer other people who need help in hearing to him....he’s awesome!

I cannot say enough excellent things about Jaycee and Barbara at Preferred Hearing. The hearing exam received was more thorough and extensive than I’ve ever had. The staff is so kind and Jaycee took a lot of time with me to be sure I understood every test and reviewing all my options for heating devices. I’ve only had my hearing aids one week, but it’s been a life changing week! I enjoyed HEARING in church, my grandchildren at lunch and even at a volleyball game. My family is enjoying not repeating themselves or shouting over the television. Best decision I ever made coming to Preferred Hearing. (I am 80 years young again)

I have been struggling with my mother for a few years, because she has been in denial of her hearing loss. I finally got tired of being at odds with her and made an appointment with Dr. Johnson. First all the staff member I spoke to via phone and in person were wonderful and very friendly. He was so kind, thoughtful and patient with me and my mother. He took his time and throughly explained his methods and the testing. By the end while not happy about the results my mother has accepted that there is a deficit in her hearing and is now willing to do something about it. I high recommend this doctor

Went to Preferred Hearing Center Winter Springs for a second opinion, first going to an ear, nose and throat doctor. Preferred Hearing had a more comprehensive hearing test than the medical doctors office. Purchased my hearing aides with Preferred Hearing, better pricing, great follow-up with continued service, and the folks there are WONDERFUL!
