Trevor was absolutely the best. From the exam to the prescription to the install of the new hearing aids, he was patient, professional and just outstanding. (His expertise allowed me to hear the blinker in our car for the first time.) Daphne is wonderful as well. You will be amazed with the whole process and the results at AudioNova.

I stopped into Audio Nova this morning without an appointment and spoke with Daphne regarding a lost rubber dome from my hearing aid and the need to have my left ear examined. Within minutes she had a new dome replaced with a smile and arranged for me to see Trevor within only a few minutes more, as he was with a patient when I arrived. He immediately checked my ear and assured me that everything was as it should be. Both Daphne and Trevor were professional, polite, friendly and kind.

This was my fourth attempt at getting hearing aids, so I went into Elite skeptical. Zach is the BEST. He spends a good amount of time assessing your hearing. He explains everything well; for example, how it takes the brain months to adapt to hearing well again. He does regular follow-up visits. He is genuinely caring - he is not 'selling' - he wants your hearing improved. Every time I return for a follow-up visit, he warmly greets me and makes me feel special. His knowledge, expertise, and caring way makes getting hearing aids a pleasant experience. Never thought that I would say that!

Given the advertisements I expected a bigger office. However, the attention, service and expertise we received was outstanding. The explanation of the hearing loss and the hearing aids to correct the loss was thorough. We bought 2 hearing aides and found the price lower than what we have seen at other providers. I am a resident of Vero Beach and I have been successfully self employed for my entire adult life. . I have suffered from hearing loss for many years. I recently had the opportunity to spend some time with an old friend and colleague that had just purchased hearing aids. He schooled me in the latest technology and hearing aid concepts so that I could intelligently express my hearing aid needs. When I contacted Elite in Vero Beach I was greeted by Daphne who was cheerful, positive and very well informed. Daphne scheduled my appointment with Zach Kearney HAS. (Hearing Aid Specialist). Zach ran me through a series of hearing and cognitive skills tests. He explained and demonstrated in detail all aspects of my hearing deficiencies and my options for correction. The pricing was great, and I excitedly ordered my devices. When the units promptly came in, I was efficiently fitted and trained by Zach and walked out of the office in wonder. This is a life changing experience. The following week I left my battery charger out of town on a business trip. Zach ordered me a complimentary charger from his distributor. (A $300.00 value). Then two days later the office accommodated me by squeezing me in between appointments. Daphne and Zach epitomize the concepts of customer service and professionalism. I am highly satisfied and would recommend this business to anyone. I gave them a five out of five, but If I could score them a six I would do so.

This hearing Doctor saved me in a pinch! My hearing aid Doctor was unavailable when the tube from my hearing aid broke off from my ear mold and cause extreme low hearing for me. I stopped in with hope that someone can fix my hearing aid issue. They were so nice and efficient and now I can hear once again!! THANK YOU A MILLION TIMES FOR YOUR HELP!!! I highly recommend his service to everyone, as he has great hours available.

Vero Beach office is the best. Daphne is the first person you see, she makes you feel very comfortable, welcome and at ease. She is also very knowledgeable, if she can't answer your question she will find the answer. She makes you feel like family. John is also excellent, he takes the time to explain things and listens to your concerns and questions. you can call with any concerns or questions after your appointment. Have been to many hearing aid stores over the last 20 years. Went to our local Elite Hearing Center. Staff at the facility were very warm and professional, and helpful in selecting aids that would meet my needs. 5 stars so far. After a few days received a call from regional staff asking an evaluation of how my visit went, and a positive review was given. Let him know that I was competitive shopping and had been looking at other aid stores as well. Continued to receive calls after I informed him I had already selected another store. Finally had to notify him to stop contacting me. Too hard a sell. Will not go back to Elite.

I am giving ELITE HEARING of Vero Beach FL a review of my Enlightened hearing testing and subsequent new phonak aid as suggested by Amy L ..I can hear sounds havent heard in yrs . From the original phone call till I walked out the door with my hearing aides 4 days later it was a comfortable, professional, friendly experience. I felt cared for and listened to. I Have had these hearing aids since November of 2020 and had grown very frustrated with them as they were expensive and just not working for me. I called Elite Hearing and Daphne got me in the next day and Amy completely fixed my issues. I revisited a week later for a follow up and had no issues at all to report. I was so worried about my hearing. I went to Elite Hearing Centers in Vero Beach and they did tests to reassure me, and help me reach a qualified doctor to address my problem. Daphne and Amy were so professional, it brought tears to my eyes while going through a scary experience. Fabulous place!!

Very professional and nice. Very well informed about all hearing aids. Mom loved the staff especially Amy she did a great job adjusting her hearing aids. They are now working well and can hear everything again. Will recommend them to everyone and be returning for follow visits.

We were so impressed with this operation . The girl at the front desk was very professional . Amy the audiologist was exceptional . She was so honest with us up front about the difference hearing aid situations .She went over everything she was going to test before I went in to the testing room .
