Worst business on the planet! Scheduled appointments 6 months out and when you arrive they don’t have time because last patient ran over ( even though you traveled 45 min with 92 year old mother). Or, sorry, no time to do that SCHEDULED hearing test- we will do it next year! Who wrote this business plan? They never answer a question you ask but can schedule you again in 3-6 months to see IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS!! I told them today you have billed this Medicare account- fraudulently??- for the last time!! Stay away from this place! Hearing is very important- find someone who cares!

I love this place! Dr. Terbrueggen is the best. He is thorough and generous. He has met my every need in a kind and thoughtful way. I love my hearing aids. I don’t even know they are there. His office assistant Marianne is as wonderful as he.

I was referred to Village Ear by a friend years ago and have always been totally satisfied with their service. I didn't think I needed hearing aids but after a hearing test I was told I would benefit from them. I said "How?" and was told my wife would really benefit. I discovered there was a lot I had not heard in years... like birds chirping... turned the TV volume down, too. Don't be in denial. Others will be glad when you stop saying "What?" all the time. Dan and MaryAnne are a great team and provide excellent service.

I highly recommend Village Ear. Dan is very caring, he listens and takes care of any concerns that you have. When in need call Maryann and ask to see Dan. You won't be sorry.

Wow, That Dan Terbueggen was really helpful.

The hearing test part seemed to go okay, but when I requested an adjustment to the settings after wearing them for a week, they replaced the receiver and made an adjustment that didn't help, and I was told that my hearing aids probably needed a new processor or microphone. So I sent the hearing aids off to a repair clinic that tested them and told me there was nothing wrong. I then took the hearing aids to another audiologist who reset them and adjusted them so the balance and hissing issues are gone. It cost me a $250 at Village Ear and then another $250 to get them adjusted correctly at the second audiologist.

You can read all the posts, but it is the experience of the visit and service that counts. You will be hard bent to find a more professional and knowledgeable hearing specialist ,Dan, and office staff, Maryanne, than at this location, Wedgewood. I have recommended all who ask about hearing aids that this is the only place to go. Again , hear say , from the first phone call to the actual visit, it is the experience that counts. Dan just upgraded my old hearing aids and I could not be any happier with the added features and enhanced performance. This was done on his recommendation as my old set was out of warranty and in need of repair. NO PRESSURE SALE. Try them and hear the difference were his words, but added "Have I every steered you wrong". Guess you tell I am a BIG fan of Village Ear and the people who work there. Reviews are reviews but backing them up is what counts !! Thanks Dan and Maryanne for your honesty and professional service.

Would highly recommend Dan Terbrueggen at Village Ear. He was extremely pleasant and very knowledgeable. My husband had the free test and was then fitted with a new hearing aid which he is very pleased with.

Follow up service is fabulous. Quarterly cleaning included, will promptly resolve issues and take the time necessary to keep everything working well. I can’t imagine any better follow up service.

I went to the Village ear for a free hearing test. The service here is amazing. Dan is a very knowledgeable and caring audiologist.. He has changed my life. It’s wonderful to be able to hear a pin drop again! The phonak hearing aids are a game changer.Thank you Dan!!!

I am 76 years old, have worn hearing aids for the past 25 years and I’ve been to many audiologists. In March 2023 I went to see Dan Terbreuggen at the Village Ear – Connect Hearing office here in The Villages to be evaluated for new hearing aids. Dan did a thorough exam and evaluation. He recommended for me the Phonak Audeo L90 and he explained why in technical as well as non-technical terms. It is a top of the line hearing aid with many very useful features (which everyone can look up for themselves). I opted to get a pair of those. Dan fitted me with them and very carefully adjusted them to my needs. He then had me follow up with him multiple times to tweak the settings as necessary and to make sure I was satisfied with them. Actually I was more than satisfied. I was very happy with them and my hearing very clearly was improved. Since then he has seen me 2 more times just to check up on me. He impressed me as a clear expert in the field, clearly the best audiology professional I have seen. He also communicates very well and is a caring person. In addition to all this his charges were very budget friendly for this top of the line hearing aid. I’d make a strong recommendation to see Dan if you need or think you may need hearing aids.

Dan and Maryanne are fantastic - very thorough and prompt. They take care of me with regular cleanings and annual hearing exams to keep my my hearing aids working perfectly.

I had a client that I took to Dan and Dan took care of Tony in such a wonderful way giving him the ability to hear that he did not have before. They offer $25 gift card for free screening. Benn waiting 2 months and 3 calls and have gotten nothing. Sounds like a con to me.
