Fantastic hearing aids. And audiologist Tiffany is so helpful with all of my concerns.

Had an appt for Tuesday with Matt, all of a sudden Matt is no longer where he was… elite hearing is gone, so I called audio nova o got the run around corporate take over excuses. I bought my hearing because of Matt now I have no one I feel comfortable seeing. This is not the way customers should be treated. I am very disappointed and upset. I gave many recommendations because of Matt that is now gone and will discourage people from using Audi nova

First at this location with Tiffany. She and Danielle are great. Tiffany fixed all the issues I had been experiencing from another location setting to default. Highly recommend

Getting hearing checked out started with tone's and went to word's nice environment

I had a good solid experience purchasing my first set of hearing aids. TJ was the hearing consultant. It was a good informative exam and the hearing aids are fine work well. You pay for the extended service which I am told is free for a lifetime of the hearing aids purchased. I was skeptical but so far, so good. Ive stopped by with questions and for adjustments and TJ was more than helpful.

I Encountered an issue with my hearing aid while I was on vacation and the lovely Danielle at the Villages location could not have been more understanding or professional. I am most appreciative! The experience was equal to the wonderful customer service that I receive with Elite at home in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina; this experience makes me a life time client.

I was referred to TJ by an old friend up north. I met with TJ and he determined the best hearing aid for my situation. He has continued to provide excellent personalized service on each visit. TJ has an upbeat, positive, cheerful personality and he knows how to make small adjustments to help my hearing aids work more effectively. Denise, the receptionist is always cheerful and upbeat. I highly recommend Elite Hearing Centers in The Villages!!

I have had two other hearing aids before coming here and they never worked well at all. I have recently purchased hearing aids from this practice and a whole new world of hearing opened up. I can now eat out at restaurants and hear the conversation at our table. I highly recommend this practice.

This location is extremely convenient and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The exam is comprehensive, results carefully presented, explained, technicalities of hearing/hearing loss and options made very clear in layman’s terms. I had purchased a pair of hearing aids from a well known buying club over a year ago, then went back to have them adjusted, then after a few weeks time I just stopped using them. They were irritating an just not that useful, so after reading the Elite Hearing Centers ad in the Villages newspaper I decided to give them a try and was prepared to spend another pot of money for different aids. Much to my surprise Matthew Beck, the specialist there, spent over an hour working and adjusting and testing and chit chatting (easy guy to take to) then had me try them on. Wow, what a difference. He sent me home to use them during my every day activities and asked me to come back in two weeks. Now this guy could have tried to sell me a brand new set of aids instead of trying to adjust mine, but he didn't. Previously, my average time of use each day was about 1 hour. Now my average use is 11 hours. I put them in, wear them all day, then take them out at night (if I remember to). My main problem of hearing the tv without blasting my wife out of the house is no more. The difference is quite real and today I went back for a follow up evaluation and my only issue was that later in the day my tv hearing seemed to fail just a bit. He made a small adjustment then sent me home again and after a full day of use, my main issue of hearing the tv sound is pretty much history. In my opinion if Matthew says you really need a new pair of hearings, then you probably do. If he thinks he can adjust them and make them right, then he will do a great job. And in spite of the fact that I DID NOT purchase my aids from his store, he is willing to see me every 3 months to make sure everything is right. Really a stand up guy.

I love the staff at Elite hearing center in the villages ... Denise Kauffman is the best.. such caring person and takes her job seriously... she goes above and beyond to help with whatever you need !!!

The staff of The Villages office is outstanding, from the caring concern of Denise at the front desk, to the knowledgeable problem solving techniques of Matthew Beck. The issues that I had with my hearing aid, purchased from another business six months ago, made it nearly impossible to wear. In two visits, Matthew resolved the problem, explained proper usage of the appliance and set me up with extra services, none of which was done with the company from which I had purchased it and a company of which I will no longer be a client. Elite Hearing Center is well named for its knowledgeable service.

My husband Gary Parker is a patient at this office in The Villages. The service is the BEST. Courteous from phone call to make appointment talking to Denise. Very happy with Matt’s service & care with my special hearing problems. Thank you!

The staff at The Villages location goes above and beyond to help. They have been very helpful with my mother in-law who is ninety. Their whole goal is making sure you leave there being able to hear. I can’t say enough good things about Matt and Denise.

Have had 2 preliminary meetings with Matt Beck. He was very thorough in explaining all the options, recommended appropriate hearing sids for my specific needs and set up next appt. for initial set up. Follow up appts are required/recommended to insure proper compatibility. Very pleased thus far.

Matthew Beck at the Villages is very, very good. He explains everything and the service given was excellent and he and his team are very accommodating.
