Kelly Henke, H.I.S.

Kelly Henke, H.I.S., is a Hearing Instrument Specialist at AudioNova in the St. Augustine clinic. Her clinical specialties include adult fittings. She has worked for the company for over 7 years, leading her to become a Licensed Hearing Instrument Specialist. Kelly currently works with Vocational Rehab in St. Augustine and volunteers with Amvets Post 113, helping veterans and their families. Kelly is passionate about hearing health, particularly its association with cognitive decline, Alzheimer's, and dementia. Kelly aims to positively impact her clients' hearing health journeys. She became a hearing care provider because she is dedicated to helping people hear the world. Her favorite part of working as a hearing care provider is making a difference in someone's life. Outside of work, she enjoys deep-sea fishing and spending time with her family.

After 10 years of trying to find hearing aids that worked well and going through thousands of dollars, I found AudioNova. Kelly, and I sat down and discussed the issues I had experienced over the years, listening very carefully. She tested my hearing thoroughly, answered my questions and put me totally at ease. I learned one thing immediately. The person testing and fitting the devices is the key to getting your hearing restored. Kelly chose the appropriate devices, programming them and fitting them comfortably into my ears. The difference was completely awesome. A few minor adjustments were made and the only thing left was the interface to my phone. That worked very well, unlike my last hearing aids. It is important to choose good devices to restore your hearing but it is more important to choose the right people to guide you in that decision. AudioNova and Kelly are, in my opinion, the best choice you could make.

I have had trouble with molds since I got aids. She has tried to get them right. I didn’t like paying for a mold that didn’t fit. Recently paid to have my old phonac 8 yrs old programmed while waiting on new mold. She reduced it to $150 but I couldn’t have worn lenders and heard. Receptionist is great

I can't say enough good thing about our experience with Kelly, (the audiologist) at Connect Hearing. she is nothing short of a miracle worker! I brought my mother in to have her hearing aids adjusted, and she went over and above to help her. What a difference that made, my mother went from barely hearing to able to hear everything. I would highly recommend this location and especially Kelly. Thank you.

I've been putting off getting hearing aids for several years now, I'm actually glad I did because I might not have ever run into Brandi and her associates. What a pleasant experience. They are polite very professional and go way beyond what it takes to make clients happy.
