I took my father in law to AudioNova for a broken wire with his hearing aid. The service we received was excellent! The young lady named Jennifer fixed the broken one and also offered to replace the other one that was about to break. Wonderful service.

Don't waste your time or money. Product is constantly defective and my elderly mother is unable to continue to travel for repair/replacement. Its never been right from beginning and not happy with how they handle multiple returns. Of course they offer upgraded varieties but who wants to spend more money on something when they can't give you a working Product that was sold to her from the beginning!! What a disappointment. She is counting her losses and I am taking care of my Mom and going elsewhere!

Rodney is an excellent audiologist, friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. The Phonak Audio Sphere hearing aids are incredible! They are not inexpensive, but they offer an entirely new hearing experience. The stand-alone Roger On device lets me hear TV directly through the hearing aids with no shouting or distortion, and can also act as a distance booster for meetings, etc.

Absolutely amazing I feel much better. I can hear better would recommend him highly.

Great office, staff and provider! Very flexible and helpful. I needed a minor repair and the staff took care it without any issues! Clearly the best place for hearing aids and support!

What we expected to be an obstacle was quickly erased as Jennifer was great in handling the issue of our Mom’s hearing aids and sent us off - problem solved. Highly recommend.

Was in from out of town and had left our hearing aid cleaner and wax at home. One of my husbands hearing aid wasn't working so we walked in and they were able to help us immediately. They cleared what was clogged, cleaned it and also gave us some extra wax guards! Great service and super friendly!! Will definitely use them as his provider when we relocate to Sarasota!

Elite Hearing is great! Rich and Jennifer were welcoming, compassionate, and understanding of how to help with my hearing needs on my initial visit. Rich made a few tweaks to the settings of my hearing aids, giving me more clarity when people speak to me. Highly recommend them, so glad I called for an appointment.

Wiile on a vacation in the area recently, one of my hearing aids stopped working. I went to this store and found a staff that was extremely helpful and understanding Jennifer the receptionist and Rich Amon the hearing specialist worked immediately to not only get me a loaner pair of devices but sent mine to a repair facility, had them forwarded back to my home store in WI and saved my family vacation. The repaired ones actually beat me home- How's that for fast service?! I cant say enough good about this store and the service they provide. Thanks so much far all you did. Dave Wesner

Elite Hearing Centers in Sarasota is exceptional in providing patient care and customer service. My father had visited several hearing aid centers and none of them took the time to truly understand his hearing limitations and complications with his existing hearing aids. During our first visit at Elite Hearing Centers, our hearing aid specialist, Rich, spent an hour and a half analyzing my father‘s needs. After extensive testing, my father went with Rich’s recommendation for an upgraded hearing aid and is very thankful that he did! My father‘s hearing is 100% improved, per my father!! After trying several hearing aid providers and hearing aids I was lucky to find this place. Rich Amos did an excellent job recommending and programming a hearing aid that works perfectly despite my severe hearing loss. The sound quality is excellent (not metallic), I can understand TV and have no feedback when using the phone. I'm very pleased to say the least.

Very nice staff who have been there for many years. The office is spotless and welcoming with cookies, coffee and candy. They fixed a problem with hearing aid at no charge. We highly recommend this hearing aid provider.

My mother has hearing aids that has some issues but they were bought overseas and still under warranty. These folks at the store were super helpful in helping me get it repaired. We were going to be out of town for a few weeks once the hearing aids came back and Kelly offered to mail it to us at no cost. Simply amazing service, can’t thank you guys enough!!

My Phonak replacements are superior to my previous Widex: rechargeable, a more natural sound quality, additional options/programs including programmable tech updates from manufacturer included. Rich and Kelley provide a caring attitude along with exceptional customer service.

I purchased my Phonak hearing aids from Elite Hearing Centers in Brunswick, GA. Since then I have moved to Florida. Today I traveled more than 80 miles to the new Elite center on University Pkwy because there are no Elite centers in Ft. Myers. I traveled mainly because of the service that I received in Brunswick. I found that same level of care and personal attention in Sarasota that was given me in GA. Richard Amon, the audiologist, and his assistant, Kelley were not only personally pleasant but were extremely knowledgeable. Rich's care and attention to my problems resulted in some slight adjustments due to my hearing changes. Kelley's pleasant attitude gave me a very comfortable feeling from the first introduction to the last goodbye. I highly recommend Elite Hearing. You can not find a better establishment in the hearing aid business than Elite.
