Recently I visited the location in Port St Lucie Fl. When I walked into the office I received a warm welcome from Grace, I explained my concerns regarding my hearing, Grace took the time to ask a few insightful questions before taking me to meet Dave. The evaluation and fitting I received from Dave was extremely professional and friendly, I had no doubt that I was getting personalized care. Thank you Grace & Dave

Had been to other elite branch in the past. Called the the W Port St Lucie ofc and Grace confirmed that they accepted my insurance at this branch. At the appointment I was given to fill out new paperwork "to update my information". I told the audiologist, David, that I was there to get my current hearing aids adjusted and to look at new ones. After he checked with Grace, he advised me that this branch did not accept my insurance and I could not use my benefits. He did not offer to adjust my hearing aids or even looked at them. I seriously question all those reviews that claim that they walked in and got an exam and adjustment at no charge since I got neither. I drove from one end of town to this office and wasted an entire morning. Oh, did I mention that David offer to sell me a pair of $5800 ha for 'only' $3800?

Visited the office earlier this week. Grace, the patient coordinator was very pleasant, helpful & knowledgeable. She took care of ordering a new charing dock for my hearing aids. They were delivered right the next day. She made the transaction so easy happy 😄

I am not a customer of this vendor. I just stopped in to inquire about a missing piece on my hearing aides. Grace, the patient coordinator at the front desk, was so helpful! She even replaced the missing pieces and did not charge me‼️ If you are looking for exemplary customer care and service, this is definitely the place to go. A five minute visit made my day‼️‼️🦻🦻

I’m a snowbird from NY who wears hearing aids . Twice I had issues with my aids and both times they could not have been more accommodating and nicer. Took me right away. Fixed the problem with a smile and I could not have been happier. They go the extra mile and they should be recognized and applauded. I was blown away. Thank You!

Elite was fourth provider I visited. Knew right away they were the one.. Professional, patient with a friendly manner. Thoroughly answered all questions. Good follow up in getting aids adjusted. Recovered very well when incorrect model initially sent. And prices were lowest for chosen model vs other providers. Took clinical rather than a sales oriented approach.
