I was down visiting my brother and his father in law Greg Federline seen I could not hear and he gave me his late wife’s Phonak hearing aids. I was having trouble finding a place back home to do a hearing test and fit the aids to my ears! He got me into Audionova the next day! Renee greeted me with a huge smile very pleasant! Dr Joseph was amazing he explained step by step what he was doing! When he was finished I could hear again I cried and he gave me a tissue! They have changed my life more than I can say! I want to thank them for getting me in as an emergency!

Hour wait with 91 yr old father for level adjustment. No one ever came into the room to update/prepare for delays. Tech, upon arrival was seemingly put-off by our impatience. When I informed him that we saw the doctor 2 weeks prior to check dad's ears, his response was a snarky "Good for you." He then examined the hearing aids, turning with a judgement to say they were clogged with wax. I told him perhaps he could show us how to better clean them as we had the tools but had no tutoring. He turned and said to me he didn't want an argument. I clarified again my statement, to which he remarked I was argumentative. We immediately left. Visited here before "Joseph" was brought in and it was fast and efficient. No longer.

I am 87 years old and received new hearing aids from the VA last month and was having a very serious feed back problem in my left ear. The VA could not give me an appointment to correct the problem for at least a month. I called Elite Hearing Centers and was given an appointment for the following day. When my wife and I arrived a very nice young man by the name of Matt greeted us and offered us coffee or water. Matt then took us into the office for an examination of my problem. Eric then came into the room and stated to me not to worry as he will correct my problem no matter how long it takes. Eric then changed my ear buds, cleaned my hearing aids, removed the wax in my ears and finally made a computer adjustment. After the completion of all the work Eric did my problem was solved. Eric was the most caring and knowledgeable person to correct hearing problems that I have met in many years. Eric then advised Matt to make me an appointment for me to come for an examination in three months Free OF Charge. Has anyone ever heard of anything like this before?
