She showed me the amount of earwax and asked me if I would like it removed. The ears were clean in gentle way. She was nice and took good care getting rid of the earwax at a reasonable price.

It was very pleasant visit and I got my device at same day of my first visit and my life has changed. Very friendly and helpful stuff.

I could not possibly be happier with my experience at this office. Alyssa is the office coordinator, makes the appointments, and handles much of the paperwork. Andrea is the clinician and does the fittings and any troubleshooting. This is one of the most professional and patient oriented offices that I have ever been in. Andrea is a perfectionist and very committed to restoring the hearing in her patients. she is incredibly patient and willing to invest whatever time is needed to make the patient comfortable and understanding of how the hearing aid works and how to take care of it. I am not good with Technology. I was so impressed that Andrea never showed anything but sincere interest in making certain that I knew what I was doing. She had to show me things four and five times and made me feel like I was the only patient in her world. My only regret is that I did not go here months earlier. I really can’t say enough good about this office.

The staff here at Audionova Andrea and Alyssa the staff members here gave me great customer service. They were knowledgeable professional the follow up and customer service skills are what I would consider to be unsurpassed.. if you need any hearing related assistance, make sure you please look them up. Good job to everyone!!!

I took my 96 yo mom to Elite Hearing on Alafaya Trail after she “lost” her hearing aids. Front desk & Andrea were welcoming and maintained patience with my mom to get her fitted for a new pair of hearing aids. Our follow up visit was just as comfortable. Great people!

They are friendly. And, they do a good job of providing hearing aids and taking care of your hearing aids after purchasing them.

As a 30 year old I was nervous to get my hearing check. I was excited to drive by and see they were offering free hearing checks. When I called to make an appointment the wonderful lady on the phone was as nice as can be and answered any questions I had. When it came time for my appointment, they had a nice waiting area and they were practicing social distancing and sanitizing. The doctor was so kind and helpful, he made me feel at ease. He was very thorough when it came to testing and explained the results in a way I could understand. If you're even slightly concerned with your hearing go check out one of their 3 locations! You won't be disappointed.

Diane was extremely caring and helpful. I love my new hearing devices. She was very instrumental in helping me find a program to make it affordable and possible for me. I didn't even know they made rechargeable hearing devices, no need for batteries! I am a teacher and it is imperative to be able to understand the children. I have already recommended them to two people. Thankyou Preferred Hearing Center and a big shout out to Diane!

I had an appointment at 1:30 and they were very prompt in getting me in to see the audiologist Diane. She is super professional and very friendly. The receptionist is also very friendly. I will definitely come back here for my hearing needs and aids next trip. In fact I already scheduled my next appointment for a hearing and hearing aid checkup! Great and informative team!

I had lost an older pair of hearing aids that originally belonged to my grandfather. I came here to see what was new and available with hearing aids. The office was friendly and easy to set an appointment. Gave me a new hearing test and picked a new pair. PHC worked with my insurance, gave me a great price for a set of Resound Linx Quattro.

The audiologist and front desk staff have been the greatest! I would highly recommend this place to anyone in Orlando looking for an audiologist. I bought my hearing aids from them and they’ve been amazing.
