Excellent reset on Phonak hearing aids I was given, to my personal needs, for a fair price. Have been back twice for minor repairs. They get you in and out - fast! People in office are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Hard to find online presence, even for this review. Part of problem is name change to Audio Nova (from Connect Hearing) not clearly recognized, but worth the effort in tracking them down again. I would definitely consider getting new Phonak hearing aids here, when needed!!

Hands down the best hearing aid facility in Jax. Denyce and Helene are not only professional but kind, thoughtful, and really know their stuff! They go above and beyond answering questions you didn't even know you had. When you leave, it's with a smile on your face. I highly recommend them.

KELLY HENKE was fantastic and fast. The initial testing was fast. Cleaning and adjustments were spot on. She is an asset to the company. My hearing became immediately clearer even when watching tv. Way to go!

Denyce and Helene are amazing! Denyce is an absolute pro, very experienced and pleasant throughout the exam and consult. Helene (who is also very nice!) did a ton of work sorting out the insurance needs so that everything was billed correctly. This is the best hearing office in Jax!

Couldn't be better. From capable, friendly, caring and organized Helene greeting and helping us at the front desk to brainiac, unrushed, friendly, technology wizard Denyce at the controls for our hearing tests and "tuning" our high tech Phonak hearing aids, this site is superior. They have a soundproof booth with technology to be able to create (and adjust as such) the dreaded background restaurant noise with conversation inserted (at different volumes even) , the curse for us all to try and deal with (those of us with hearing loss). This mimics real life circumstances, and is personally adjusted PER EAR (they're not the same) providing the best improvement possible. We travel to this office because they are upper cut in all ways. It is funny and sad to sit with stubborn friends at a restaurant and watch them profess their perfect hearing while saying WHAT? WHAT? every 3 seconds...... Definitely has improved my quality of life. Thanks Orange Park Audionova/Connect for your professionalism and HEARING ME and what I need.

The two individuals that I met at the site were both outstanding in every respect. The personable and warm greeting I received on entering was more than one would expect normally but was more than welcome. The individual doing my testing and making recommendations as to how to go forward was thorough, expert, and totally personable. She made what could have been a simple exercise into one that was even enjoyable. That continued right through to the introduction of the hearing aids and the setting them up to maximize their effectiveness. From start to finish, it was an extremely comfortable, efficient, and professional experience.

Getting hearing aids is a experience that creates a lot of concern. Lesa is great making you comfortable throughout the whole process. Both Valarie and Lesa make you feel like family. This is good because having hearing aids you need a hearing specialist you can be comfortable with.

Valerie was wonderful from the first moment I called. Very informative and kind to come in for a same day appointment. Once we got there she immediately welcomed us and went through the process of what they could do for my father who's hearing aid broke. Looked up the information and found there was a warranty on the hearing aid itself and provided the cost to have the other part fixed which was half the price from another company we visited that day. Lisa talked and worked with my parents with loving care and we walked out with a temporary aid for my father with the other part on order. So thankful we were connected with this office. I needed hearing aid batteries so I called and ask if they could put some in the mail for me since I have a hard time getting to their office during their regular hours. I was told that they would put some in the mail for me. That very evening when I arrived home I pulled up to my mailbox and the lady from Connect Hearing pulled up behind me, got out, and handed me a package with the batteries. No that is service!
