Very friendly - but I wish more insurance companies would cover

I’ve had several appts with Michael at audio nova and he’s the best! He’s understanding of my hearing needs and extremely patient! I would recommend Michael at Audio Nova to everyone!! I’ve had hearing aids in the past and had a terrible experience.

Run Forest run! I went to this place because it was recommended (covered by my insurance) in lieu of my Audiologist in Gainesville. What a mistake. I ordered a new hearing aide (1) because I lost it. I order replacement. Instead they order a new set for $2000 instead of $400. Scam more likely than not. Going back to Accent in Gainesville a real Dr.

Michael Leone and the entire staff was incredible. I was immediately comfortable. Most important thing I can say besides how professional and knowledgeable everyone was it that..THEY CARE!

Mayra always on top of things

Needing a new audiologist since moving to Ocala I decided to try out Tri County Hearing Services. Michael tested my ears and ordered a pair of hearing aids for me. He was on vacation when they came in but Myra got them fitted up to me. Upon my follow up, Michael was able to get them linked to my phone via a blue tooth app. Pleasant, knowledgeable service! I'm very happy to have chosen Tri County!!

I had decided to upgrade my hearing aids to ones that are much more expensive. When the new ones came in I had already decided I didn't want them for a number of reasons not reverent here. Michael accepted my request without trying to talk me into the upgrade and he readily gave me a refund.

Myra and Michael are wonderful audiologists. Together with Lydia at the front desk, you get a friendly, professional and helpful team to help you with your hearing needs.

It has been a wonderful and fun experience tyo ber associated with Mike and his crew. He takes the time to listen and answer all your questions. He also explains the different types and models to find the best solution to your hearing problem. He stands by what he says and honors the warranty if needed, for which I did.{I dropped one and cracked it,} I would and will recommend Mike and his associates at Tri_County Hearing should they ever need a hearing problem solved.

I can’t get them to stop calling me with telemarketing calls. I am not in need of more calls.

Mike was thorough and so easy to work with. He helped me find out how bad my hearing was affected by my car accident. With his help I will soon be hearing so much better. Such a relief to know I am no crazy when I say I can't hear you can you repeat that!

I had a little trouble getting my appointment scheduled but I think that was the previous receptionist fault. My visit went very well and pleasant as usual.

I rarely give a five star review bit Mike Leone has fitted me with a comfortable hearing aid and has adjusted it while doing so patiently. So far it has been the best experience I’ve had and I’ve had to wear a hearing aid for far too many years. He won’t let you leave until you’re comfortable with the adjustments. Thank you.

I believe that customer has the right to chose if want your service or not and the server needs to be happy for the customer decision we presence that the tech was very knowledgeable but he couldn’t hide his emotions when we told him that at this moment we have to think about it, thank you for allowing me express my personal experience.

Not hearing aids. They are amplifying

This was my first visit to Tri-County to establish them as my "Provider". I am very satisfied with both the staff who is extremely pleasant and my Specialist, Michael Leone, who is professional,, knowledgeable and friendly. He updated my Thrive program which controls my Starkey hearing aids and we setup a plan for continuous checkups. I highly recommend them for keeping you hearing clearly.
