We recently moved and had to find a new AudioNova. We got hooked up with the one at 3405 SW College Rd. Ocala FL I had a problem with a broken receiver for my hearing aid. At that time we met Mayra. She took care of my problem immediately. Also she replaced the other one at the same time, plus gave me the most updated ones. We will definitely be back when I have any other problems, and my next hearing appt.

Tiffany Jack and her associates were amazing today! Top notch customer service that’s not the norm these days. We moved here from Ohio recently and I purchased my hearing aid up there. I was assured that I would have no problem being serviced here in Florida, at no extra charge. Tiffany and her team took care of me and helped me speak with the company I purchased the hearing aid from in Ohio to educate them on this process. They will definitely receive my future business! Please go see them for your hearing needs, highly recommend!!

Received new aids today. While other aids were helpful, these are better clarity and more natural sound. I am thankful. Myra has cared for me for 5+ years. Lovely person. Now Valerie has taken over tech. She did great job. I will recommend this team for sure as newcomers are always arriving to this area.

While traveling to Ocala from out of state, I tore my Starkey hearing aid plastic tip attempting to unclog the earwax catcher. I stopped in Tri-County Hearing Services by AudioNova at 3405 SW College Ave in Ocala for a replacement. Free of charge, they replaced both hearing aid tips and earwax catchers (that’s my description), and gave me spares that I will now keep in my travel toiletries bag. I very much appreciated their service even though I had purchased those hearing aids elsewhere.

I have been amazed at how difficult it is to get proficient in using hearing aides! As I am attempting as I type this to master getting the little sadists properly into my ears in order to follow the recommendation that I need to use the devices all day long. Admittedly, after 80+ years worth of being told "don't put anything in your ear!" I have become a victim of too much conditioning. I have, however, overcome far greater challenges than fussing with how to put into my ears hearing aides that are smaller than my thumbs .

My wife bought hearing aids from the Ocala location. She had the warranty and brought them in for repairs. She brought them in 2 weeks before warranty was up, batteries both dead & not charging. They sent them out & it took over 3 weeks to get them back. When we went to pick them up, they wouldn't honor warranty because they dated the paperwork after the drop off date saying it was after the time. They went into their system and it showed the drop off date well before the end of warranty. They still argued that they weren't under warranty. My wife had to pay. Myra told my wife she was rude which is totally out of line when dates showed she dropped them off during warranty period. We won't be back and we will absolutely tear your company appart on line in every way possible. Myra needs to be reprimanded for her service and poor attitude. They wouldn't howarranty even though the system had when we dropped them off. Do t go here, they aren't honoring warranty and cost

I took my mother in law here to have her hearing tested. Before that it was becoming annoying because we would have to talk loudly & repeat ourselves. She would hear key words and assume what we were talking about. NOW: All of that has changed. The staff there is extremely nice to work with. Very patient, understanding and attentive. THANK YOU!

From my initial visit/consultation, Stacy, Michael and the other staff members we have had contact with have been both friendly and professional. I am pleased with my Phonak hearing aids and with each successive visit, Michael has introduced all the benefits and accessories that come with the Phonak brand. They always encourage me to call with any questions even before my scheduled appointment and explained anything i had a question about. I would highly recommend Tri-County hearing services to my family and friends.

My mom needed help hearing. Myra, in Ocala was recommended highly for her professionalism and caring. Mom is very happy with the new hearing aids and glad that she went to Myra, in Ocala.

My husband has a severe hearing loss and needed new aids. We went to Tri-County because they had repaired his current hearing aids previously. Most of these places are hard sell--you need new aids. Mayra did not give us the hard sell. Mayra and Kathy were very courteous and professional. The end result -- his new aids -- top of the line -- are on the way at an affordable price. Hopefully, they will perform well.

My wife had and appointment today in the local Ocala office for a free hearing test and they request her driver's license to make a copy. We refused and their attitude immediately changed. They took her back for the "test", after a few questions, put her in the room and after about 2 whole minutes, gave her the results. Then when I ask about the $20 Olive Garden promo card, they needed our address which was already on the completed form. When I tried to explain about my concerns with privacy and the driver's license, both the receptionist and the technician took on a seriously rude attitude problem and ask us to leave the office over and over again, while telling us they were professionals and didn't need to talk to us. I'm a retired salesman and have NEVER had someone talk to us they way these two did. . . they WERE definitely NOT PROFESSIONALS!!
