My name is Albert Nolan and I have been a client of Audio Nova in the Foxwood Plaza of Publix Supermarket in Ocala for 2 yrs. It has been my pleasure to deal with Jim cone and Linda. They are extremely caring and professional. All questions and concerns are quickly answered. This is like dealing with a Cadillac Agency and not a Pinto. My previous experience was most unsatisfactory in that I was treated as a number and not a patient or a person. Problems were not quickly answered. I was to drop of my problem and they would check it out and call if there was a problem, which took about 2 days. You can't go wrong going to Audio Nova, they will take really good care of you.

Great place to buy hearing aids. Linda is very friendly and helpful. Jim is very knowledgeable and makes sure the aids are working properly. So glad I bought my aids from here.

I had a problem with one of my hearing aids and Jim took them and resolved the issue quickly. Jim and Linda at front desk do a very professional job while still being friendly. Seems like a good team.

Jim Cone was both mine and my wife, Patricia’s H.I.S./HCP and we found him to be super informative and caring about our hearing. It is great to see someone so dedicated and compassionate about their profession. I would highly recommend him and AudiNova.

James provides top notch service. Bought the Phonak Audeo Sphere to replace my Signia 5 hearing Sid’s which I thought were pretty good. I can’t believe how much conversation I was missing. These Phonak aids are the best investment I have made and now I feel part of the conversations.

Elite Hearing in Ocala has been, hands down, the best experience I've had with any audiologist. I have a genetic hearing loss that requires hearing aids, so I've dealt with that for awhile. They were easy to schedule with, knowledgeable, and helpful. After I lost a hearing aid during Hurricane Helene, and was unable to replace it due to it being discontinued, they were able to help me find a pair that I could actually afford. I am incredibly grateful for that as I need them for my job as well as to help preserve the hearing that I do have. I can't recommend them enough.

Visited Elite Hearing of Ocala in the Foxwood Shopping Plaza this week for issues with my Phonak Hearing AIDS. Linda, their front desk technician greeted me . She was very pleasant and most of all very professional. She really knows all the ins and outs on hearing products. She was able to get me up and running on the spot. I will definitely be using this facility for all my hearing aid needs in the future.

I had taken my husband to have several hearing tests and he had always refused to get a hearing aid though we were told he needed them. When I needed to get a hearing test I made the two of us an appointment at Elite hearing of Ocala. The absolute best decision I could have ever made. Sarah took the time to explain everything to both of us. Again, my husband didn’t want to get them. Sarah was so patient with him and told him just to try them and if he couldn’t see the benefit that he could return them. Needless to say he loves them and says he never knew what he was missing, doesn’t even realize he has them on most of the time they are so comfortable. I also have them and wear mine. Sarah is the best person, the Lord really blessed both of us just to have met her. Vi is wonderful too. If we hadn’t had this experience we would have just gone on barely hearing what was going on around us. Thank you to both these beautiful women for caring about your customers and going above and beyond what is expected of you. 5 stars is way too little for the job you do. We appreciate you.

What a wonderful place the people there are just out of this World makes you feel comfortable and they care about you and not just the product in which you are being fitted for. Sarah is fantastic very clear and precise she is a technician not just a product sales person. My first visit my ears were so filled with wax that I was truly embarrassed but was told there was no need for that, Sarah cleaned my ears and scheduled an appointment for the next day to fit me with my new hearing aids. When I left with my new programmed hearing aids I was amazed at how clearly I was hearing things. The real test was when I got home and set the timer on the stove which I haven't been able to hear in a long time even when standing next to it, not only can I hear it now but I can hear hear it from 30 feet away. I am hearing birds that I wasn't able to hear and conversations with people are so much clearer. Thank you Sarah for helping me to hear you truly are a Technician to help the people and not to sell the product, I am very happy. I would recommend you and Elite Hearing Centers of Ocala to all that have and need help with their hearing. Thank You so much

Sarah is great, knowledgeable, thorough, takes her time when working with the elderly.

5 stars isn't enough. After bad experiences at two other hearing aid providers, Sarah has come through with flying colors. EVEN with Aids that were purchased elsewhere. Wish I had found them sooner. Modern Aids that are programmable seem to have hundreds of settings.......and if you can describe what is troubling you with yours, Sarah probably can fix it. It has taken me several visits but I think we are very close to where I need to be now. THANK YOU for excellent service.

I am so very thankful for Sarah Norton in the Ocala FL office. She was thorough with hearing tests and speech recognition. I have tinnitus very bad and they have greatly reduced the horrible ringing in my ears.I hate to take them off. I just put them in the charger, no batteries makes them easy to use. Mine are (Phonak) over the ear and match my hair color. They stay in and my glasses sit next to them and they don’t fall out. They are also Bluetooth. I use them with my phone and TV. I’m very pleased with them. Sarah also worked with my mom to upgrade and clean her hearing aids at no charge. I will be using their services as long as I am living in Ocala.

I can not say what a joy my experience with the staff and Sarah Norton,she is definitely passionate about what she does concerning the hearing health of her patients. 5 star's doesn't seem high enough to evaluate Her and staff.

So nice to deal with folks who are interested in better hearing and not just trying to sell new hearing aids, I give them 10 stars and will only deal with Sarah and her staff for my needs from now on!

What an experience! Besides having the best staff ever (love those girls), I was amazed with how much time was taken to explain everything. I had tried hearing aids years ago, but my ears itched so bad, I wanted to throw those things right out the door along with a few choice words. Needless to say, I put off getting tested again until everyone started telling me I needed to do something. A friend referred me to Elite, and I was more than impressed. I now have hearing aids that I can't even tell are in....even have to check once in awhile. I'm still in the process of adjustments to make them perfect for me, but no doubt Sarah will continue taking good care of me.

My Son and I both had appointments and after testing my Son she was checking myself ears before testing and discovered It had an ear infection in one of my ears. She showed me on her computer what the infection looked like and gave me an education on all the parts of the ear and advised me to see a Dr asap. Was very impressed with her knowledge of the ear and the best hearing aides for me. I have worn hearing aides for several years and have bought two sets of hearing aides in different states but Sarah Norton and her receptionist out ranks them all. If there was Ten stars i would give her all of them

Sarah Norton is hands down the kindest and most genuine hearing aid specialist out there. She explained everything so I could understand and wasn’t pushy at all. I’ve told all my friends about her. If you don’t know where to go for hearing aids, you must consider Sarah.
