I was seated as soon as I arrived and the audiology tech arrived a few minutes later. She was professional and friendly. Everyone was friendly.

A very well run team. Check them out as you will be pleased with the service you will be receiving.

I want to think all employees at Decibels Audiology & Hearing Aid Center. I still remember the warm welcome I received. That was visit, and beleive me when I say I did not feel like leaving the place. If you are in the Naples area and want to get you hearing checked, this place is for you.

They provided excellent fast service. Sarah explained the hearing aid options, no pressure for which aid to select. The front office staff was courteous and knowledgeable.

Dr Sesslar & Jenni were very professional & I had a great appointment. I would Highly recommend this office .

The appointment I had yesterday specifically with the doctor, I thought that I was going to have my ears tested. After almost one year I wanted to know if I was getting the best hearing out of my aids. Dr. Colburn said all they needed was to be checked & cleaned. Needless to say I left disappointed.

Decibels was quick, professional and most importantly free! I had very little paperwork and there was no waiting. My appointment was on time ! Recommend them highly !

I have been very happy with my hearing aids.I have friends who bought their’s at Costco and they just don’t wear them, or feel comfortable wearing them. Mine are great and the service is wonderful.

The doctor answered all my questions and the 4-week free trial was incredible offer and I got the best hearing aid I could cosmetically and service-wise

I was concerned that perhaps my hearing wasn’t 100%. I had a great experience at Decibels. Testing took only a few minutes; Dr Sessler was very personable and efficient. My hearing is fine; I will return for a followup test in about 2-3 years.

I am now on my third generation of hearing aids with Decibels. They are a pleasure to do business with. They are responsive when I have a problem and it is easy to get an appointment to see my audiologist Sarah. Sarah is always up-to-date on new technology and is ready to discuss alternative brands whenever I am considering new hearing aids. They are not locked into a specific manufacturer, but rather want to make the best match with your needs. I can highly recommend Decibels as a place to go if you have hearing problems.

The Dr and staff were very cordial, attentive, caring and very helpful. Will always go there for future examinations.

Always very helpful! Got a new phone and unable to Bluetooth hearing aids. They even called Phonak to get things working well.

Had a problem with my charger and it was taken care of immediately. They gave me a loaner and ordered me a new one right away.

Today I went for a baseline hearing test. I was greeted politely. The test was quick, simple, and painless. The doctor was friendly and explained how the test would work. A clean and professional environment. I totally recommend this facility and plan on returning in the required time period to make sure my hearing is good.

They cut the batteries out of the package and put in a plastic bag. The new battery packages are very difficult to open.

I gave 2 stars afterI stopping by the Naples’ office because I had another appointment in Town and had a little extra time before leaving to go north for several months. I wanted to have my $6000 Phonax hearing aids cleaned and also asked if a slight adjustment could be made since I was having difficulty hearing someone I was speaking with if there was background noise. The receptionist was accommodating and did the cleaning I requested but said Dr. Sesslar would have to make the adjustment on her computer and asked her to do so. Before buying the hearing aids when I was using them on trial, I could stop by at my convenience and if not with a patient, then Dr. Thomas was always accommodating to whatever the need. She was not with a patient and not so accommodating now that they were purchased. Also the convenient Bonita Springs office was closed, so an accommodation when it was explained why I was requesting one would have been appreciated. Go to Costco where you can drop by anytime, and I hear from friends well satisfied with their much more reasonably priced product.

i just started today and we will see how the result comes in. They are very professional and attentive. I have great hopes. Once again they fixed my issue quickly. Very professional.

Dr Brittany was very professional. She put us at ease and explained the procedure asking us if we understood and had any questions. I would recommend this company to anyone who need this type of service.

The experience I had Decibels was great! I was finally able to get my dad to take a hearing test (which is free). We found out that he needed hearing aids and our audiologist, Sarah, was so patient with us. She took the time to show us the different manufacturers and type of hearing aids that would work best for him. There is no pressure to buy, although my father finally did! Customer Service here is excellent! I can’t thank Sarah and the Decibel team enough for helping my dad and giving my mom her sanity back now that he can hear!

Love the Immokalee Rd office staff! Super friendly!!
