I had a wonderful experience here! I have been going to connect heating for several years up North so it was very convenient to transfer to the Naples location. The staff was awesome!! Very thorough and thoughtful (really wanting to know your goals). The district manager was also there who co-ran my hearing appointment. I was there for well over 1.5 hours where they broke down my hearing test results and gave me plenty of options for the next steps. I’ve been wearing hearing aids for almost 20 years now and I left that office confident with the staff and their knowledge

I took my mom to Naples Connect Hearing & was attended by Dianna. She is very nice & has a great personality, but besides that she is very knowledgeable about my Mother’s hearing aide. The hearing aide had passed it’s guarantees & she helped send it out to get it fixed for a nominal fee. After the initial fee my mother broke the hearing aid a couple of times & she helped get it fixed without any further cost or issues. Connect Hearing & Dianna Williams in Naples I highly recommend.
