My wife recently got new hearing aids from Tri-County and is extremely happy with them. I had recommended she go there as I had gotten a pair about a year ago. Mark is extremely helpful and provides great service. I highly recommend Tri-County for your hearing needs.

UPDATED 1/4/2023: Tri-County Hearing contacted me about 6-7 weeks ago to resolve this issue. They were so professional and personal in making things right. I have to say that they went above and beyond with the resolution. Because of the 5 Star experience I received prior to this, the 5+ Stars in the resolution, and the 5 Star service I have ALWAYS received during all of my appointments throughout, I would highly recommend Tri-County Hearing for all of your hearing questions, testing, hearing aids (if needed) and all follow ups. Thank you so much! UPDATED 10/25/2022: My audiologist, Sam is terrific. I would highly recommend him. However, I could not recommend the company itself. They promise you a $25.00 gift card to Olive Garden just for a hearing test. Afterwards, I spend thousands of dollars on hearing aids recommended by Sam. They are great and I love them. Then I receive a card from the company offering another $25.00 gift card if I leave a review online. I wrote an outstanding review of Sam, the audiologist, and how great he is. Then the trouble begins. No gift cards are received. When I called the company, I'm told by a different Sam that he will send out all the gift cards to me in the mail. A few days later, I receive a $10 gift card to Olive Garden. The company refuses to return my phone calls regarding the remaining 80% of Olive Garden gift cards. Very disappointed! INITIAL REVIEW (5 STARS): I can't say enough about Tri-County Hearing Services. Everytime I walk into the office, Dari greets me with a smile, remembers my name, and asks me how I'm doing. Dari is so pleasant to talk with on the phone too. Then I see Sam Patel, my Specialist. Sam is one of a kind. He makes you feel right at home, making you feel very at ease with his unbelievable knowledge of not only the product, but the computer programs to set-up and tweek my new hearing aids. Sam goes above and beyond to make sure your experience is flawless. Simply put, Sam Patel and Tri-County Hearing Services are simply the BEST!

I am very disappointed that I am still waiting for my ear molds to come in. I was told 1.5 - 2 weeks. It three weeks now. I have severe / profound hearing loss and I am struggling with only one hearing aid right now.
