Let me start of by stating, that this is one of the best sales experiences I have ever had, not because I got a $2000.00 discount! Yes, thats right $2000.00. I knew what hearing aids I wanted but did not think I could afford the top of the line because they were $6,900.00 online at Phonak. After my hearing test, which by the way are "State Of The Art", we discussed hearing aids and price and I was able to get the TOP OF THE LINE, YES!!! Hearing Aids because of a $2000.00 Discount. Very happy and pleased with AudioNova . Purchased my hearing aids over two years ago and they always take care my needs. I had my appointment today with AudioNova in Middleburg. Jackie and Skip were absolutely amazing. Jackie made sure to call me when she had a last minute appointment open up. She was very pleasant and easy to talk with. I was quickly called back and I had my hearing evaluation. Skip explained everything in detail and we went over my results. I was able to get my hearing aids the same day, which I liked. They both treat you like family and that you matter. I highly recommend this office for all of your hearing needs. They’re wonderful to work with.

The staff at the Middleburg office are wonderful. They helped my mom and I tremendously. Jackie has helped me find the right hearing aid and David has been a lifesaver with the loaner hearing aids. They are both very understanding and compassionate people and it’s very hard now days to find people that understand hard situations. And I thank them both for being so helpful with everything. I highly recommend this office.

I was greeted by Jackie, sweetest soul ever, and best hospitality while you wait to see David Lane, he does hearing test, fitting, and educate you about your hearing aids, David & Jackie are the sweetest, most kindest people to work with...they treat you like family..plus, you feel right at home. ...I walked out with a first time ever hearing aids, and WOW-WEE, How much I have missed in my most adult life. Birds were my first focus when I walked out their door. I stopped just to listen. Jackie came from behind the desk to join me....How blessed I am. David & Jackie, I cannot thank you enough for all you done for me...and to understand me. If you reading this. I Thank you from the bottom of my heart. David and Jackie at Middleburg store are the best . Jackie at the front desk is alwayts so nice and helpful. She is so sweet she could make a glass of unsweetened tea taste very good. David has been so kind to my wife with getting familiar with here new hearing aids. They both are a very good image for your company.

I have needed hearing aids for years and have never had the right experience with staff or finding what I need until now! Noah and Jackie are some of the best people I have worked with in any medical field. Noah helped me get what I need. He is very patient, knowledgeable and just nice! I don't think I have ever had a better experience with and administrative person then Jackie. She is so good at her job! She knows all things insurance and helped me discover things about my insurance I didn't even know. She did all the work with my insurance company! I have enjoyed my visits, I got the hearing devices that I wanted and I am very happy with the results. If you have any hearing issues and are looking for a place to go, you MUST go here! Jackie McRae, Patient Care Coordinator was very personable, professional and provided excellent customer service. The Middleburg office was inviting, neat, and welcoming with beverages. Noah Mason, Licensed Hearing Aid Specialist (who is a hearing aid wearer himself) conducted my hearing exam in a professional manner, and explained the evaluation of my results along with his recommendations. Noah was very professional, congenial, and had a can-do attitude. I would highly recommend the Middleburg, FL location of Elite Hearing Centers of America.

What an amazing experience!! I have zero hearing in my right ear and partial in my left!! Noah recommended the Cross..it sounded confusing to me but what a change maker!! I love them!! Jackie is as kind and sweet and helpful as anyone could be!!

My husband, Raymond Flores, gets his hearing aids at the Middleburg, FL location. He says he will never go anywhere else. They are very friendly, welcoming and make you feel right at home. This place is Great, Noah went out of his way to try an fix my old hearing aids. Took his time explaining the hearing test and how the new ones work. He even called me the next day after I had them. I went there in desperation...my audiologist is far away, and these guys are much closer. I'm so glad they are here and helped be despite that I didn't even get my hearing aids from them! I missed my appt with the doc Noah but Jackie at the front desk took care of everything I needed. They have endless patience and are EXTREMELY helpful.... and it didn't cost me anything!!!!

I can’t say enough about this wonderful team at Elite Hearing. My elderly friend had lost his hearing aid and we chose this location to get a new one. My friend walked in, depressed and walked out with a loaner aid. His whole attitude changed! So, so happy for him! The crew went above and beyond to help him. Thank you for all you did for him!

AMAZING SERVICE ! Stopped by the AT&T next door, they could not help me fix my father-in-laws problem with his hearing aids only connecting to his new phone on WiFi. AT&T said go next door to ELITE HEARING in Middleburg @ 1786 Blanding Blvd. My father-in-law didn’t want to go in, so he drove away. Well I called ELITE and JACKIE answered the phone and said come right in!!! WESTON can fix that! I called my father in law to come back. JACKIE greeted us with a beautiful smile and welcomed us in. WESTON came down the hallway singing and with the same positive energy as Jackie has. WESTON invited us back into his room and within maybe 3 minutes had my Father in Laws hearing aid working perfectly with his new phone. WESTON also took the time to clean my father in law’s 9 year old hearing aids. Also WESTON learned that my father in law was a veteran and is able to get his hearing aids for free. WESTON encouraged him to get the VA to issue a new and updated pair of hearing aids. WESTON handed my father in law 2 little sheets of replacement batteries. My father in law asked how much he owed. WESTON replied ZERO! From the moment my phone call was answered to my father in law’s handshake leaving , ELITE HEARING is AMAZING

This was the best experience I have had with a doctor. From the greeting at the front desk to the doctor who was patient and truly cares about me as a patient. Wish I could bottle their professionalism for others.
