Was referred by one of my clients to go to Audio Nova, for my husband. Made an appt., went in and could not be happier. My husbands hearing was alot worse than he realized (I knew how bad it was 🤪) Dr. Nelms was/is Great, as is his staff. Thank You All - SO Much 👍

Patient care coordinator Tracy is the lifeblood of this practice! Without her, you would have to close the door! She is helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and attentive. You have made changes to your other staff but you're smart enough to keep her! Kudos!

Very professional, friendly and efficient. Excellent explications of testing process and gave a detailed, easy-to-understand analysis of results. The practitioner took a great deal of time and care with my husband (the patient) and I. It was such a good experience, I will be going back myself to be tested.

I CAN HEAR! Kirra is the best, she wentbout of her way to expexdite my hearing aids because my old one just work well 4 the visit! Time for another hearing test. The have adjusted mint several times between at no charge. I must state my hearing lossbis severe and adjustments are not normally so often. Today we see how bad it has been since my last test.

My Mother comes here and loves how nice everyone is to her. She’s 83 BTW.

first hearing test as a person early 50s. they made the process super easy.

Elite hearing is the best and Matt is even better. Over the past several years I have had more than two hearing test. I knew very well through my own experience and the hearing test that my hearing needed help. I was looking on line at various web sites on possibly what type of aids I might like best. I ordered a pair of the behind the ear with batteries . I learned during the pandemic that slipping on and off the facial masks was a problem. Replacing batteries wasn’t to my liking either. Matt fitted me with in the ear, rechargeable , and best of all controllable with an iPhone. I have had them now for a couple of months and several visits to Elite Hearing, Matt has made adjustments that really make wearing hearing aids a real pleasure. Thank you Elite hearing .Bob

I took and went with my dad here and Matthew Tillman took such good care of my dad. My dad is a Retired fighter and so is dad!!! I highly recommend this place for hearing aids. Did a fantastic job!!!!

I was in the shopping center and saw the sign for hearing test which I had been looking for. I went inside and made the appointment. Staff was very friendly with smiling face and very courteous. The day of my appointment, I met with Dr.Matthew Tillman who is extremely polite. I am extremely pleased with the service I received. Dr Matthew Tillman is very skillful, polite and very knowledgeable in his field. He was very patient and explained everything in a simple language while he was programming my hearing aids. In my experience of the last twelve years of hearing loss, he is one of the best Audiologists I have come across.I am so pleased with the service and attention which he provided to me. I am very Thankful and appreciative. He is the Best in the area!! I highly recommend him for people with hearing loss.

I had seen an advertisement in the newspaper about free hearing exam, so I made an appointment without much expectation. However, I received a pleasant surprise with the service. Dr Matthew Tillman besides being super attentive, he tried his best since English is not my first language. Very skilled, polite and patient. I have no words to thank the attention I had. He introduces the top technology with a price that fits my budget.

Clara greets me with a smile and calls me by my name. LeWeen does the same. It is apparent that LeWeen has reviewed my record before I arrive and that is very important to me. Parking is ample and easily accessible. Upon arrival Clara offered me water or coffee. The office is always extremely clean. The mission statement on the wall was well written and comforting. I would recommend this practice because Clara and LeWeen are both very warm, professional, and knowledgeable. I know they hear and invite my questions
