I purchased hearing aid batteries - 40 for $40.00 dollars from these folks. I later checked Amazon for the same battery and manufacturer - 60 for $14.00. Obviously, the difference they charged is way more than a normal markup....more like theft so if they get you on a battary did I get duped when I paid $5,000 for two tiny hearing aids and referred a friend who did the same? It really does not matter at this point as I will never return.

I was sold hearing aids by Thomas Jackson Reves and went to pick them up today. It quickly became obvious that Mr Reves is a salesman (think used car salesman) and not a hearing aid professional. He had no idea how to set my hearing aids up and my new hearing aids, with all their technology are just about useless. Thankfully I was told I would get a full refund if not satisfied so I will be taking them back tomorrow and will surely update my review if I have difficulty obtaining my refund. I would warn others to steer clear of Thomas Jackson Reves

I cannot say enough positive about Elite hearing!!! Here on vacation visiting and the tubing on my BTE hearing aid broke. Called a few other local hearing aid dispensers and was very rudely told they had “no availability for any appointments”. Anna was a pleasure to speak with on the phone and gave me several options to fit our schedule. When I arrived I was pleasantly greeted by Anna and Kirra. Kirra took my hearing aid while I was speaking with the front staff. Also spoke with another employee (a man who’s name I didn’t catch I’m sorry!) who was just as kind and informative. Whole appointment took less than 10 minutes and I probably could’ve spent another 20 minutes just chatting :). Would absolutely 100% visit Elite Hearing Center in Melbourne again if needed. I am actually looking into a location near where I live after such an amazing experience here. Thank you!!!

They were fantastic I paid for my first set of hearing aids and she let me demo two other styles until we got it right. They were very patient until I was satisfied highly recommend them. Very high emphasis on customer satisfaction from reception to technician

Traveling on a road trip through Florida, my hearing and hearing aid on one side didn’t seem to be working at all. Desperately, I began calling hearing aid centers … hoping to be seen that day. Every place I called was booked. However, Kirra (and her assistant) at the Elite Hearing Center in Melbourne asked me to come in during their lunch hour! Kirra provided excellent technical service in reprogramming my hearing aid and thoughtfully kind training regarding my hearing loss issues … without charging me a penny! I hit the road so thrilled and with a deep sense of gratitude for the self-sacrificial service I had received. THE BEST!

I went there today to have my ears cleaned. The receptionist was very nice, she talked to me as if she had known me for years, and the audiologist was awesome, she answered all the questions that I had. I need to get my father in there to see about getting his hearing test done and get him new hearing aids. I highly recommend Elite Hearing Centers of America at Suntree/Viera.

I am very pleased with the professionalism and kindness that Savannah Parker has shown me through this process. I wasn’t sure what to expect as this was my first time seeking out a hearing device. She takes her time on the evaluation explains everything to you so that you understand Then as we’re choosing a hearing device for me she was very patient and understanding. I brought my Mom to see Dr. Savannah and I could not ask for a better experience, from the hearing tests to following care and maintenance. Absolutely exceptional care all the way around! The office is very welcoming and she is always so incredibly nice and helpful, definitely went above and beyond to help my Mom!

I came this Center after a nightmare experience with Miracle Ear. While trying to get my refund from them, I remembered that I had an old pair of Phonak hearing aids and wondered if they could be updated. From the first time I spoke with Savannah on the phone prior to my visit, I was sold! She is absolutely wonderful and assured me that she'd get things figured out for me. During my first visit, she cleaned my aids and tested my hearing, all free of charge. Because I was changing from Miracle Ear, I did need to have 1-2 more follow-up visits as the Phonak aids were adjusted for me. My 1st follow-up visit was even more impressive than the initial one, as a tube had broken and it was immediately replaced. I mentioned that the inside of my ears were normally itchy, and again Savannah was quick to provide me with lotions that have absolutely helped. I'm actually looking forward to going back tomorrow for my last follow-up. Their location is very easy to find, parking is plentiful and it's a bright and clean office. I didn't ask the Receptionist's name, but she is also very sweet and helpful. My only regret is that I didn't go to them first. They care a number of different brands of aids, so if you're just looking for someone to help with an existing pair or are wanting to upgrade, I highly recommend giving them a call. You won't regret it!

Went to Elite Hearing Center in Suntree to see if they could repair my Wife broken earpiece. Not only did they fix it, but cleaned and adjusted them and refused to accept any payment for the service! This is the third time they have graciously provided service free of charge and we had not purchased The hearing aids from them. I can’t say enough about what a pleasure it is to find such a business in this day and age.

The customer service provided by Shani was outstanding. She went above and beyond to meet all of my needs. She is a wonderful asset to this business and based on her wonderful service, I would highly recommend Elite Hearing in Suntree.

Zach is an amazing hearing aid specialist. My dad wears hearing aids and he explained everything in detail from the prices he could give us and the technology behind the hearing aids as well. He is patient, kind, and thorough. Great experience.

Great service and product. Dr Keisling does a thorough test, and then listens to what you say about what hearing problems you have. He then identifies the product lines that best help you. I do highly recommend Elite Hearing and Dr Keisling.

We really enjoyed buying our new aids from Dr Scott, if one can really say that. Both my wife and I wear aids for many years and couldn’t believe the prices. We paid half of what we did 5 yrs ago at the ENT in Cocoa. The service is great and it was the best hearing test that I ever received after wearing aids for 20 yrs. I would highly recommend them.
