New location is easily accessible and the office set up is very nice.

Very patient and thorough explanation of how to use and manage new hearing aids as I was reluctant to transition from in the ear model to new purchase of behind the ear type. Am gaining confidence in the many benefits of technology as quality of hearing is clearer and more natural sounding compared with older in the ear models.

Customer service, excellent atmosphere very professional and friendly. The exam was very therall, results were explained as well as what steps to take next. Options were very clear as to how to proceed. They are located in the office building at Avant Health hospital. You need hearing check up or anything to do with your hearing care connect at Tavares FL is the one to go.

Frank was a real pleasure to work with and as knowledgeable as you will ever find. He did an excellent job fitting my hearing aids. Now that I have them, I don’t know how I got along before. Thanks Frank for a job well done.

My wife and I purchased Phonak hearing aids from another Connect Hearing office out of state before moving to Florida. Never-the-less, Frank LaMoso has provided us with very attentive follow-up service. He is patient and caring. He provides lots of detail on the testing and the technology, which I as a retired engineer appreciate. I am pleased with my Phonak hearing aids and Bluetooth ComPilot, and am delighted to know that Mr. LaMoso will continue to provide excellent service.

If you can't hear when you walk in....by the time you're leaving to go home ,you will be be fastened with the most high tech hearing electronic devices you'll ever know.....

Frank was the most pleasurable to work with when I brought my grandmother to get some hearing aids. He was polite and explained everything clear. He worked with us in financing hearing aids to get the best for what we were financed for. Also gave my grandma some temp hearing aids while the others are ordered. Deffinatly recommend to all!

A great experience ,much better than previous hearing places that I have been too. The people do KNOW what they are doing ,Frank is a real hearing specialist ,he really knows the business and is genuine honest and effective.

My husband wasn't hearing out of his hearing aids, thus making it very hard for him to communicate with folks. Connect Hearing was no longer available in Orlando, so we were advised to go to the Tavares office. This was farther away than wanting it to be, but I will say after we saw our previous receptionist from Orlando, and meeting Frank, the hearing care professional, I wouldn't want to go to another office. Frank, was very professional in every way. Not only did he know his job, he was very concerned that you were able to hear complete and to the best of your ability before allowing you to leave. He made sure all of the equipment worked properly. Knowing and doing all of this, he still would take walk-ins. His attitude is a concern for others all the way, and taking whatever time required to care for his patient. His work ethics are superb, and you can tell he enjoys his job. He even has a comical side to him. As far as we are concerned, if you have a hearing problem of any kind, this is the place for you to go. Danielle (receptionist) and Frank are the Best of the Best.
