What a pleasure to encounter a professional who understands what needs to be done to make someone hear — and does it. Not only did Scott reprogram my Unitron hearing aids but he removed what must have been years of wax buildup that the audiologist at Morton Plant completely overlooked! This is what every visit to a doctor should be - thorough, transformative, and custom- made for my specific needs. A+ service. Highly recommend. Will come back every time I need help with my hearing aids.

I was taken right away and and had my first hearing test and I needed hearing aides as predicted. Scott was super in finding my hearing loss and setting up the hearing aides I need. They work perfectly.

The location is, clean, organized, friendly. I was never pressured to buy, answered all my questions, concerning this type of hearing aid, explained the levels of purchase, warranty, coverage. I ask where the home office was located, who makes the aid, etc. all was answerd.

Sound Advice is a winner across the board. I have been bringing my dad here for a couple of years, and was so impressed. Don, Audry, and Gwen met with my dad at different appointments, and cared for him with the utmost professionalism. I learned from taking him that his loss could be genetic, and the sooner I went, the better chance I would have to save my hearing. I knew I was struggling, so I made an appointment, and met with Gwen. I couldn't find a complaint about Gwen if I tried. She is kind, compassionate, professional and so very knowledgable! I had a moderate loss, and I am now the proud owner of hearing aids at age 58! It is life changing! No more closed caption! No more struggling to read lips! No more asking someone to repeat themself! I have encouraged all of my family members to get their hearing tested. Had my dad gone sooner, much of his hearing could have been saved. We get everything else on our bodies checked- don't forget your ears!

I felt like sound advice was the right place for me I didn’t feel pressured from the very beginning of the process. I also went to the big boys I called them the competitors and I felt pressured to buy their brand only and no other options at sound advice, Dr. Gwendolyn gave me multiple options different brands and different prices that would fit my needs she went out of her way to find the right option to custom fit my hearing situation and it sounds like they’re going to maintain and help me maintain as I go further.

I recently accompanied my Father to his hearing appointment and was so impressed with Audrey's kind and thorough testing of my Father's hearing and loaning us a bluetooth streamer for his cell phone and one for the television to try out. We called my sister while using the bluetooth streamer and my Father could hear every word my sister spoke ! It was truly an amazing demonstration and I can't thank Audrey for all her patience and excellent communication with my Father. I will recommend your company to all my friends and family.

From my first contact with their office I was impressed with how friendly and helpful they were. After the hearing test, Audrey reviewed the results and recommended a hearing solution. Great experience! Don is very patient and explains the options well. His experience allows him to match your needs and wants with every major make and model hearing aid. Sound Advice carries all the major brands so they are not tied into just their own proprietary brand. They also have a great policy of giving you a set of first class aids to use while yours are being custom fitted to your ear. The whole thing was pleasant and professional. Time will tell how the aids perform.

How appropriate; a Mother's Day review for Audrey ( I call her my Audreyologist ). Just like my Mom, she is kind, gentle & understanding. But firm when necessary. Dropped in while on vacation with hearing aid problems. With just over a week left before we returned home, she used her knowledge to get me back on track with 'proper' hearing aids. Highly recommended.

As a nurse my hearing is very important and after going to sound advice and getting my first Hearing aides about 7 years ago it has helped me to maintain working in my field. I later tried other hearing aides and found they NEVER gave me the Quality of sound the my Sound advice hearing aides did. I love the Bluetooth technology. The Focused sound has helped when it gets really noisy and busy at work. I hear people say OH I have hearing aides at home they don't work. This is when I suggest they go to Sound Advice and get real hearing aides
