Having the hearing test for my mom and seeing how bad her hearing had deteriorated was shocking. But Todd worked with us and the smile on her face when she was fitted for her hearing aids and finally got her hearing back was priceless.

Was sold the Wrong hearing aids per Todd. Tiffney use to work there . New ones to purchase would be over $6,000.00 vs $5,000.00 I paid in 2023. Never did help my hearing.

I’ve been coming to Connect Hearing in Lady Lake for 2 years now, and plan on staying with them! I always get friendly service and Tiffany is great when I have questions.

Tiffany truly cares for her patients. She called me and was going to send an patient from her old location over to my office before selling this person new aids. She truly cares about helping people first which is important in our industry. She goes above and beyond for her people. Way to go tiff!

Tiffany and Nancy are amazing and able to answer all question regarding the right hearing aid. They will review your hearing test and then talk to you and help you decide if a hearing aid is a worthy investment for you, or explain why a hearing aid is not a worthy investment for your hearing loss. They do not push hearing aids unless you need one and would benefit from one.

I had earwax impacted on my eardrum and not only did the doctor see me after hours to accommodate my work schedule, but she didn't even charge me for the service itself. Can't speak highly enough of the quality of care - I've had this procedure done a couple times and this was by far the smoothest and least painful. If you are looking for quality ear care from professionals that offer top notch customer service, look no further than Connect Hearing.

My husband was given a hearing aid and needed to have it adjusted to his hearing. We went to Connect Hearing in Lady Lake. Dr. Tiffany Jack and Anita in the front office couldn't have been any nicer. Can't imagine wanting to go anywhere else. We didn't even buy the hearing aid from them. We were taken care of quickly and treated like we were all best of friends. It was painless, so nice...just nice people.

I have been purchasing hearing aids for over 20 years, first in Rhode Island and for the last 15 years in The Villages FL at Connect Hearing. The most recent purchase about 30 days ago was the best experience I have ever had, both with the product and with my hearing professional Tiffany Jack. Tiffany has been super patient with me with all my questions, and there were many, and she always responded quickly. The hearing aids I purchased, Phonak Audeo Direct B are the best I’ve owned. I owned Phonak previously but my hearing ability was getting worse, it’s like a new world has opened up for me. I’m not one to write reviews but I do use them myself for various purchases but I wanted to do this because this product has made a difference for me and if I can help someone find the results I did then the time it took to write this will be worth it. There are so many places to by hearing aids as you know if you are reading this, I would urge you to at least give Tiffany and Connect Hearing a try.

After trying a dozen other places, the service here is unmatched. Tiffany is wonderful!
